If I have filled in the NRI sponsored category and if I get good rank to automatically qualify for a certain NLU then whether I can get that chance based on my general rank or do I have to opt for NRI sponsored category as I have taken that option
For Maharashtra state board ; does one mention "Maharashtra State board" OR does one need to mention "Maharashtra State board of Secondary and higher secondary education, Pune" (as is mentioned in the marksheet)
Sir, I am OBC-NCL in central list (certificate made from Bihar due to native place) and also I have domicile of UP. The caste from which I belong is in UP obc list. But my central OBC certificate is made from bihar. So will I be applicable for applying in obc of UP NLU LUCKNOW.
One cannot apply for domicile of 2 states. You can use only one certificate. The certificate which is only for state list will not be applicable to NLUs having all India OBC intake.
NLU Mumbai has domicile reservations in all categories except general. There is 30% horizontal reservation for women candidates. But no reservation for women candidates based on domicile.
Name as per which certificate - marksheet OR pass certificate OR school leaving certificate. There is slight difference in these...while marksheet and pass certificate have FIRST NAME. SURNAME ; the school leaving and migration certificate have FIRST NAME. MIDDLE NAME.SURNAME. So pls clarify as per which certificate we need to fill the form
Name should be as per the marksheet of class 12 Board exam. In case you will be appearing for class 12 Board exam in 2025 please refer to your class 10th markesheet. However please check with your school authorities in case their could be a variation in how the name is recorded in class 10th and class 12th.

What if we have to choose only one test centre preference
You have to mandatorily select 3 test centres which cannot be same.
