You can upgrade your backpack with the pirate who ask you to recover your items but he only allowed to ask 2 questions so I think you have to recover an item first then come back the next time they show up and it should be an option
3:13:03 yea this is very true, i think my hamster got the most normal death since she technically died from old age, she was coming up close to 3 (that’s pretty good for a hamster) and (tw- painful death mention) she had a series of strokes starting at the start of the day and usually they don’t make it past one or two and if they do make it past the first one (very very unlikely) they will have severe brain injuries from it, she ended up surviving 4 attacks before being emergency put down because she wasn’t going to make it either way and it was better to quickly end her pain than draw it out.
