The one that gets me is the common practice (particularly in Russia) of turning their car into a live lane to make a turn through oncoming traffic. The theory apparently being, rather than wait for an opening in traffic to complete your left turn, you simply block oncoming traffic and force them to stop and let you complete your turn. I think of it as the "I'm coming through, get the fuck out of my way" school of driving. Unfortunately, if the oncoming traffic was taught to drive using the same school of thought, it quickly becomes a game of "Chicken", cars are cheap, egos are priceless. I was taught "think of where on the road you will be in 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds", asses the risks BEFORE you get there, not the risks of this second, this second is already over. Asians seem to only see right NOW, and where they will be in one second from NOW.
These Russian drivers need to seriously lay off the Vodka - they drive like they're all pissed. No collision avoidance, no braking to avoid a crash - just drive on!

Looks more like part of the left rear suspension came loose, at 0:25 you can see it hanging. It then catches on the rails in the road and tears the rear axle off. If you pause at 0:28 and use the comma and period keys to step through the frames you can see the spring separating from the car.
