What a great captain she is and also the first officer very enjoyable video.
Great example of professional flying from a fantastic crew working together and briefing consistently throughout the flight. Excellent use of checklist and knowledge of the PFD, MFD and aircraft systems.
I am a private pilot but fly the Majestic Q400 in my P3D flight sim. That is the only aircraft I fly now. This video was great. Excellent pilots.
Best video I ever saw of those cockpit movies here on YT and not just a 15 minute clip or so. Thanks to everybody who made this possible, first of all captain Marina and her 1st officer.
I am impressed with how the captain is so focused. Gives one the feeling of total confidence in her as she confidently and competently maintains control of the flight.

One of the best videos I’ve seen from the Air-Clips. An hour of time worth watching. This is a great Bombardier Airplane that made me want to fly it a lot. Captain Marina is certainly very skilful pilot and the way she interacts with the 1st officer is very professional, no jokes, no smiles and no laughs, just concentration at all time flight. Great job from both sides (Air Clips & Air Baltic).

Captain Marina is certainly a competent pilot judging by her pre-flight and flight sequence briefings and the way she handled the takeoff and landing of the Dash 8 Q400. She is confident and pleasant looking. The senior first officer is certainly disciplined and coordinated his work well with the captain. Again, thanks for this great video.

I always love to see the captains announce the flight over the PA system. Don’t know why. But damn this video was well made. Love all the camera angles. Love the sequence, preflight check, onboard check, engine start sequence and so forth.

For some reason, turboprop planes are considered not as "cool" or "media sexy" as jet planes. Even though a turboprop is by far the most efficient option in short flights.

Confident and professional captain, really like her attitude. The Q400 is surly a nice plane but the Universal FMS is clunky and very limited. Even the older Dornier 328 has a more advanced unit. But you have to share that with your fellow crew member.
