@@AliWallbut I have a stupid question ... will that work on things that are solid but also wet in other words my friends little kid dumped a massive size bag of charcoal protects all over their living room rug and then dumped water on them and she's freaked out and doesn't have her cell phone or laptop right now and I told her I would look into this and can I assume Shop-Vac will do it and that it doesn't have to be called wet vac or does it have to have a certain filter for stuff that semi-wet I just don't understand what she should use if the stuff is more chunky solid pieces but some moisture some wetness ... ?
