Is that a cream eyeshadow? What do you use on your lid before you add the first layer of colors? What type of cream is that you used to hold the glitter in place? I want this look but idk what products to use. Please advise.

I used the la girl pro concealer in the shade Natural for the base, and I applied the kaima cosmetics glitter adhesive before applying the glitters. Rest of the products are mentioned in the description💕
