The couple seems warming up there daily outdoor events . Its a nice constant exercise such as walking , roaming in the. Park and eating . Keep safe and maintain good health.
So lovely to see you all enjoying what the Philippines has to offer. Am jealous that that you can wear that beautiful dress Lucy without a coat or sweater because I am freezing here in NY.😊
Good to see you Lucy,George and Koda in Manila I enjoy watching your vlogs so cool, nice and entertaining and wow Koda is growing up so fast. God Bless your family and enjoy your travel here in the Philippines.
Usually during December to avoid huge traffic the malls are pushed back to 11:AM to 11:PM as part of taking care of the traffic so that those who will just go to the malls will not be joining in the road those who are going to work. December is also when people from the provinces come to the city to shop and see the Christmas activities in the city thats why its more traffic during the Christmas holiday. Everythibg will go back to normal on January 2024
The reason for the late opening and late close of malls is because of holiday traffic. People want to do their shopping after work hours but they get stuck in traffic until 8 to 9pm. The extra 1 hr gives them time to do the last minute shopping and not worry about traffic
We want to see koda enjoying Christmas decors at Rockwell before you leave Philippines or Manila. There are amazing and fantastic Christmas lightings and toys around Makati areas too
Thank you for the good compliments about Philippines you are helping promoting our tourist spots i love my country missed to visit those beautiful places watching here in Canada😊
Malls in the Philippines are implementing adjusted schedules for the holiday season to manage holiday traffic and to give the people more time to shop by extending mall hours. Actually, most malls in Metro Manila still have operating hours from 10am - 10pm on regular or non-holiday days according to their websites.
The food in that restaurant looked great. I agree with Lucy, that giant is creepy because it looks so real. Imagine getting pinched by those toes LOL. Koda was fascinated with the big eyeball. God bless!
I'm so excited to stay at BGC again! I'm coming Dec 27th, right after Christmas, until the second week of Jan. I'm so hyped to try new places to dine and drink, so I'm def gonna try that Japanese resto. Then, off to Bangkok 😀
George...the original Kobe beef restaurants in Japan are an evening event. It takes hours for the entire experience. In the old days, geishas would ready poetry during the dining experience. I was treated 50 years ago to a traditional Kobe experience. True Japanese dining is not about quick in and out.
Don't worry George. We will not think less of you because Lucy can do more pull ups. You have way more to lift. The gentle giant is really interesting. I kept wandering what Koda thought. I think at that age my son would have been really freaked out. He was afraid of fish at the aquarium because they never blinked their eyes.
Hi'ya from a very cold Lincolnshire seeing your back in the crowd city seems Koda's back to good health enjoying your videos guys as always keep safe&well..
What a WONKA ( sorry if l offended you, l was just being to you). You are very good blogger thou together with your wife of course. Two of you together help the awareness of people around the world how Filipinos are very friendly, and welcoming. Some other countries thought we are still Developing country, but thanks again to you showing Developing country are not ingrained to many foreigners. Please continue whatever your doing to my great root, l said that because l have been living in Brighton, UK since 1975. Now I am retired after practicing as an Architect in UK thou graduated in the Philippines with a BSc in Architecture in Manila in the era of Pres. Ferdinand Marcus Senior in 1969.
Isn’t that Ron Mueck’s work? He is an Australian doing art in the UK and he is doing realistic giant human parts mostly head, feet and full size torso.
Oh wow you have a baby now? Sooo cute!! Totally miss the warm weather. Can’t wait to finally be home in 2027, Seattle makes me miss home a lot. And it’s so true about getting older! But also, it comes with age - taking more meaningful time with things. The reactions to gentle monster is so funny hahahaha!
You guys deserve to become permanent resident there in the Philippines just like Kyle, Finn, Dwaine and others.. Hopefully, one of those politicians out there will petition you to make it happen..All the ❤ from Australia
I guess it's marketing strategy. People who works in BGC or cities with lots of offices would go to malls during lunch break and after office hours which is 5 pm onwards. Unlike here in UK they open at 10 am but closes at 5 pm. I prefer the shopping hours in the Philippines compared here in England. During Christmas season malls close at 10 and sometimes midnight when there are midnight madness sale.

Where is this restaurant please. I like to know this as it seems a very, very nice restaurant. My wife and l will be visiting Philippines January next year for 6 months.
Ok if this is your first time trying Wagyu… welcome to the club lol. I absolutely love it and when I can afford to splurge, I will always choose Wagyu beef.
If I could hazard a guess, it’s probably made by Weta Workshop from NZ; the same outfit that sculpted the giant figures for the Gallipoli Exhibition at the Te Papa Museum.

Good morning TJV!
BGC should have a Top Golf and a Dave & Busters. i think those would really do well with tourists.
During Sunday some families goes to church that’s why malls open late. After Church they go to restaurants for brunch around 11 or 1130
That giant is so realistic!
