Looks like the auto scrubber is a great tool . Certainly faster than a swing machine and probably faster than the square scrub orbital machines that don't use stripper. ..My question is how hard is stripper solution on the auto scrubber. Does using this machine this way lead to more repair work on it and how many more feet do you guys get using this machine vrs if you used a swing machine and wet vac?. Floors looked amazing.

Hello Mike, thank for commenting. Yes stripper is hard on the machine. We have to keep it cleaned out more. But it saves a lot of time verses a swing machine.

Will these floors be burnish after wards and in the future will you be trying the auto floor finish applicator from the same floor machine rental company it works as sufficiently as our other floor toys fellas, great job though ! especially on such a beautiful large 20,000 sq ft store. Thank you I really appreciate it. Usually on larger corporate accounts we just go by the property listing and yes that's complete floor space. Its actually less than 20k because of the fixtures and etc. Sometimes google has a good area too. Today most building areas can be found on the internet. Sometimes we have to go old school and use the measuring wheel lol(long process)

@@s.n.m.cleaningservice3855 Thank you for the response.I have a number of 2200 to 2400 square footage stores that are due for a total strip down to the bare tile. They are closed 10 hours. That is my window. I have been using the square scrub machine on them for last 5 years. Even being very careful to clean the floors very well before waxing they have now begun to discolor. The last time I removed that many coats was on a daycare that someone else did. It must have had at least that many coats on. I don't remember what stripper I used back then ( over ten years ago) I just remembered using swing machine. Apply stripper, use swing machine with black pad scrub wet vac and repeat about 5 times. Myself and one helper probably average a little over a hundred feet per hour. Given my small time window ( need to get the stripping part done in less than 5 hours to allow for waxing time) along with using a autoscrubber ( The only one I currently have is a 14 inch eagle ct15) any other advice??. These stores are waxed every 6 months and buffed in between.Thank you.

@@Floorguy1985 it's my pleasure to help. I like to use BARE BONES stripper for jobs like that and make 2 batches. 1 to flood the floor and let sit for 30+ mins. 2 to reapply after waiting. Let the swing machine 175 go 1st and the auto scrubber with a black pad to strip again and pick up. Propane buffers are good for many layers of Wax but you should be good doing 2000+ sqft of tiles
