Nostalgia incarnate... I played the DS version back in '08, the Wii in '11, NSMBU in '13, and NSMB2 in '14. Damn, I want to return to the late 00's/early 10's so bad...
I Remember beating the final boss in Nsmbu but I was scared to do it so I had to be brave and do it So I turned off the sounds while no one was hearing this at 5 o clock in the morning and I beat him! Good times :)
I remember that feeling of being scared of tense moments in video games because I was too young to understand what was going on and then feeling like a god after beating them
I honestly love all the secrets in Mario games they honestly keep you entertained. I have various Mario games and wii is what introduced me to the secrets. Like in the first few levels like in level 1-3, near at the end, go up and find a secret coin I think… it’s been so long but there has been various ways to complete a level.
