    Just got Notion, and was disappointed it didn't have something like this...but I found your video and was very surprised just how much creativity this program offers the end-user. Love all the databases and relationships. Your video was a great way for me to get a daily planner and also a good way for me to learn all the nuances of this application. Just wanted to say thanks!

    Great Video! I have a question after setting things up though, what is the difference between the things you put in the priorities of the day vs the to do list?

    • @theorganizednotebook
      @theorganizednotebook  2 месяца назад

      Thank you so much for watching!
      To answer your question, "priorities of the day" items are the tasks that need to be addressed immediately or are the most important for that particular day. On the other hand, "to-do list" items may not be as urgent, but still need to be accomplished and can be scheduled for completion at a later time or date.

    I am using a normal to do list on notion. Anytime I have a sub task for a task I can easily add the subtask underneath the task in the list.
    But in database I am having a hard time adding subtasks. What's the workaround that can be super fast?

    • @theorganizednotebook
      @theorganizednotebook  9 месяцев назад

      Hi! If you’d like to add sub-tasks to your database we recommend going to the database view settings which you can find in the three dot menu next to the blue new button. There you can toggle sub-item on and you’ll be able to add sub-tasks directly under your main task from your database! 😊

      Thank you for watching our video! This template is designed to mimic a daily physical planner, so the time slots will not appear in a calendar. If you're interested in using a database approach to planning your day, you might want to check out our time blocking system: ruclips.net/video/oUuaGQsSI4Q/видео.html hope this helps, and let us know if you need further help!
