She's *so* young; she's only 41. We won't know what her diagnosis is unless she chooses to announce it. But the fact that "a full recovery" is a possible outcome is obviously a great sign. Neurological conditions that can cause symptoms like these can be incredibly painful & difficult to treat, regardless of how much money you have. They also take a psychological toll. Imagine suddenly not being able to walk and/or talk. Or physically take care of your kids. Or do your job. And so on. I hope she continues to improve & does, indeed, make a full recovery.
I hope and pray that she will be OK. Sounds like stroke/ neurological problem to me. But I respect the privacy, and it's been consistent. Love them both.
Actually sounds more like a mini stroke, - or allegedly and possibly a side effect of the sh0t. Parkinsons, MS, and most neurological problems don't have a cure or "full rec0very". We try not to use the word rec0very because sometimes it is not something usually tested for. Or, the research is not available, often because of funding issues. Especially when it comes to movement disorders. Still no cure known for Parkinsons, MS, FND, Dystonia, or could be hormonal issues and biofeedback issues. Stroke, or underlying from a blockage or aneurysm is more likely. But she has said she will talk about it someday in an interview. Very polite, and graceful, when asked about it I can't really blame her for that. I know that is a little hypocritical of me, to then speculate as to what the possibilities are. She is one of my favourite actresses and I loved Trublood, (and a fan of the book series it was based on), prior to the TV show. She has mentioned several times that she is a private person, and fr0m what I have seen, I have to say that she is very true to that. Apart from big events, like falling in love, marriage and having twins within the 7yrs of the show. I am not usually invested in celebrity gossip etc, but there are a handful of people that I am interested in- and I feel so bad for her, that she is ill like this. I hope she does get better soon.
@igloozoo3771, Why the vegetarianism? You can take supplements if needed. And any chronic illness usually makes you lose weight as your appetite decreases.
I KNOW both of them ONLY from Ture Blood series back in day good ole days of HBO was REAL HBO ..now is turning to shyt & cancelled it , even HBO the legendary name got buried too, hope she get better nice to see them both 🥰😘
@@nicolesaylor4027 I think there is something in modern environment, pharma drugs, pesticides, soil depletion that is causing many people not being able to digest plants properly...not only gluten but actual healthy high fiber veggies and seeds even. There are people healing from MS type symptoms through plant-free diets. I get bumps on my head and ankle pain whenever I add large amount of veggies to my diet and I used to be Vegetarian. Everyone is different, but if someone is "ethically" vegetarian, they would rather be sick than be healed by eating meat.
@@Carmen-oo5xb because op's statement was about Selma Blair and Christina Applegate who both have MS. She presents with similar symptoms they both have.

Not disclosing is refreshing 😉
Poor thing. Symptoms sound similar to M.S. I really hope it isn't
Symptoms sound similar to eating disorder and vegetarianism.
Most likely ms...avg age is 40...from first attack most all fully recover but as it progresses permanent disability
results.

I miss True Blood summers. Those were the days
damn
Hope she makes a full recovery. I am not meaning to sound insensitive, but I’m confused as she now has a British accent? Was that always the case?
She a kiwi. It's a kiwi accent. A very dulled one. She's lived in England with her English husband for many years.
@@aussiejubes oh I had no idea! She is really good at an American accent! I thought she was American 😮
Could be ms..could be sciatica..could be a hundred things
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wonder if she had a stroke 😢
She looks so old and she is only 41. I'm 45 and I can´t believe she looks older than me. She looks like she is 50 or almost 60.
I LOVED True Blood.
maybe she should get an M.R.I . maybe M.S.
She looks frail.
🤞🙏🔔❤🤩👏🫶
Because she is vegetarian just like Applegate and Blair.
She was
What does that have anything to do with it? Not eating meat doesn't cause MS. 😂
@@nicolesaylor4027 Who says is MS? It can be many things. Her sister had a brain tumour years ago...
