CINNAMON APPLE PIE
Base
220g of cold butter
450g of wheat flour
20g of icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
60-70g of very cold water
FILLING
800g apples
120g of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoon of potato starch
1 egg for brushing

Hi Karen👋 Unfortunately, I don't know what type of apple it is. I bought the tree in Lidl 3 years ago and now it is bearing fruit for the first time. Have a good weekend too! Ps.I’ll try to find out what kind of apples they are 😘🍀🫶🏻
