Yoghurt-1/2 cup
Brown Onions-1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Oil-1 tbspn
For Masala curry
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Whole red chilly -2 ( optional)
Onion-1/2
Tomato-1
Marinated paneer
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Cooking cream -2-3 tbspn

मेथी और पालक को जरा अलग से छौंक लगाकर साँटे करके बादमे पनीर के साथ मिलाने पर पनीर ओवर कुक नही होगा। रेसीपि बहुतही सुंदर बनी है।

This recepe of yours I have come across late, I know. But having tried this dish today ie 4th May 2023 I find it my duty to forward my comments positively and am sure you will accept this delayed acknowledgement.
To be frank I have not tried Paneer with Methi earlier,and I was glad to come across your recepe. The marination process is really awesome and preparing the gravy was very exciting. Finally the finish, of adding cooking cream (I used whisked malai) was great.
Every step was followed as per your demo and I feel it was enhancing the flavour accordingly.
One of the best recepes I have come across. Every one here just loved this awesome dish.
