Blake ... thanks so much for this video. I've been practicing and it works. The way you explained it and demonstrate makes it very easy to follow. Blake, you have a gift in showing and explaining that a lot of people don't have. I have subscibed to your channel. thanks again for taking your time...
Another cause of IT Band tension i never hear talked about is short and tight adductors. If you lengthen the adductors with side lunges it does really help the outer leg muscles let go.
Thank you so much for the clarification as far as the IT band. I was told to foam roll the It band a long time ago and it's the most painful thing. I like your version better. Lol...
Blake....thank you...excellent info as usual! Do you think it's most beneficial to be working on the IT like you did before doing glute exercises....or afterwards?
Thanks! Is a tight IT band related to snapping hip too? When I'm laying down and move my legs from bent to straight the left side of my hip does a loud snapping/popping noise, doesn't hurt but idk what is causing it
Ugh I need total body help… My tfl mostly on the right side but also the left side always get a Charlie horse if I try to stretch my legs a certain way. 😩
That was a better explanation than I’ve seen anywhere. Thanks!
