Pro-tip: I was able to set up a rule in my outlook to filter any messages I send to myself to go directly into the Remind folder. I set it up so they're unread so I know if I even have to go into the folder. One less step! Caution: ANY email I send to myself goes into the remind folder, but it's incredibly rare that I send myself items that aren't reminders. I can just move those where they need to go. The overall functionality makes that occasional burden well worth it.

NB, clicking the archive button on the tool bar doesn't remove the flag, so if you're working with to-do lists driven by flagged emails, you'll need to be aware.
That’s why I like to add to the quickstep for archiving to mark it as complete, this clears the flag and gives a visual indicator that the email is completed and no further actions are required.
