Why do I love asmr, well when I feel tingly while asmr-videos it helps me relax. I allso have "tons of worries in my head" ..especially at evenings so it helps me to sleep and "switch my toughts" to something else. My head doesn´t feel so heavy anymore☺

Я не думаю, что депрессия - это болезнь, которая проходит. Я думаю, нам нужно продолжать управлять и следить за этим. В какой-то момент я думал, что полностью вылечил свою депрессию, но в другой момент депрессия возникла из ниоткуда. Конечно, это не так серьезно, как раньше.😊

Thank you Este , I love the ASMR for its relaxing look and sounds, over 11yrs I've not slept whole nights , tried prescription aids, not always successful 😩 only 1 night a week with sleeping pill to get full night sleep, but now I'm trying a Natural aid Sweet bee organics ( magnisium based ) cream it may take up to 1 month or 2 to feel its full effect but its worth trying as I hate taking pills, so fingers crossed it will work ,low magnesium in our body causes many side affects which we can suffer from , migrains, stress , anxiety are just some ... Я не думаю, что депрессия - это болезнь, которая проходит. Я думаю, нам нужно продолжать управлять и следить за этим. В какой-то момент я думал, что полностью вылечил свою депрессию, но в другой момент депрессия возникла из ниоткуда. Конечно, это не так серьезно, как раньше.😊
@ у меня было такое и реально возможно избавиться от этого . Работа с психологом и техники , конечно же желание самого человека . Желаю вам удачи 🍀

Thank you Este , I love the ASMR for its relaxing look and sounds, over 11yrs I've not slept whole nights , tried prescription aids, not always successful 😩 only 1 night a week with sleeping pill to get full night sleep, but now I'm trying a Natural aid Sweet bee organics ( magnisium based ) cream it may take up to 1 month or 2 to feel its full effect but its worth trying as I hate taking pills, so fingers crossed it will work ,low magnesium in our body causes many side affects which we can suffer from , migrains, stress , anxiety are just some ...
