  • There are some easter eggs in Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, which is a movie adaptation of Beatrix Potter's beloved chidren's book series. you'll notice that some of Beatrix Potter's other works have been inserted into this film.
    For example, the tailor of Gloucester and Miss Moppet's Cafe are both borrowed from books with the titles 'The Tailor of Gloucester' and 'The Story of Miss Moppet', respectively. Additionally, some of the characters that are referenced from Beatrix Potter books include Piggling Bland, Jemima Puddle-Duck, Jeremy Fisher, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle, and Johnny Town. Lastly, Tommy Brock and Tod from The Tale of Mr. Tod.
    for those who don't know. Helen Beatrix Potter was an English author, illustrator, and natural scientist who is best known for her charming children's books. Born in London in 1866, Potter spent much of her childhood in the English countryside, where she developed a love for animals and nature. She began to draw and paint at an early age, and by her teenage years, she was already creating detailed and lifelike illustrations of plants and animals.
    Her book, "The Tale of Peter Rabbit," was published in 1902. The book was an instant success, and Potter went on to publish over 20 more children's books over the course of her career. They have sold more than 250 million copies, and have been translated into more than 35 languages.
