My oldest will be 8th grade next year. I am nervous and excited! Lord willing, we want to do it all the way through.

My oldest will be going into 8th grade so I’ve already been thinking about highschool we’ve been homeschooling for 8 years and I thought it would scare me more but I feel pretty good about it. I feel like this is going to be the easiest and the most fun we’ve had so far in our journey

I would love to chat sometime. Another thing they might miss is shop class. Some families try to have kids do basic maintenance on the family car and end up with a blown engine when the drain plug falls out. I am writing a hands on shop class for homeschoolers and would love some advice

I am being homeschooled currently due to mental and physical health issues. I keep hearing about all the things my siblings have done or did and about who they’re dating. I feel like I’m missing out Idk what to do it’s too late.

What do you feel like your missing out on. Like the video stated with like friendships you have to be intentional about it and it is more difficult but finding way to get involved are important like in religion, girl/boy scouts ( I did this in highschool), sports, maybe some local clubs like at the library or volunteering organizations. Or with co ops can be helpful to build those strong connections.
