- By Krishna's mercy, I made this recording on March 24, 2010 when we walked back to the Krishna-Balaram Mandir at night from a house program in Madhuvan Colony. Aindra Prabhu is stressing that the actual qualification and advancement of a guru is important, and not the gender of the body in which a soul might take birth. Only someone who actually chants the pure Holy Name is able to bestow the pure Name upon someone else.
Thank you very much for this upload! - The more I listen to Aindra Prabhu (him talking, and his Kirtan of course) and the more I read about him the more I appreciate all he has done and left for us to be inspired. As Srila Prabhupada said many times........."my disciples must become qualified". They get qualification if they associate with real vaishnavas above the material contamination.
This is really interesting. He has a point. But I don't think his divine grace would take too kindly to this idea.

SB 1.11.19, Purport: Śrī Bilvamaṅgala Ṭhākura, a great ācārya of the Viṣṇu Svāmī Vaiṣṇava sect, in his householder life was overly attached to a prostitute who happened to be a devotee of the Lord. One night when the Ṭhākura came to Cintāmaṇi's house in torrents of rain and thunder, Cintāmaṇi was astonished to see how the Ṭhākura could come on such a dreadful night after crossing a foaming river which was full of waves. She said to Ṭhākura Bilvamaṅgala that his attraction for the flesh and bone of an insignificant woman like her would be properly utilized if it could be diverted to the devotional service of the Lord to achieve attraction for the transcendental beauty of the Lord. It was a momentous hour for the Ṭhākura, and he took a turn towards spiritual realization by the words of a prostitute. Later on the Ṭhākura accepted the prostitute as his spiritual master, and in several places of his literary works he has glorified the name of Cintāmaṇi, who showed him the right path.

śikṣā-guruś ca bhagavān śikhi-piñcha-mauliḥ |
yat-pāda-kalpa-taru-pallava-śekhareṣu
līlā-svayaṁvara-rasaṁ labhate jaya-śrīḥ

Hare Krishna! I have recorded and uploaded this conversation with Aindra Prabhu - I knew him personally. And I do not like when people start these kind of discussions. Therefore, I would like to encourage you to work at your own spiritual advancement rather than cyber-spacing around, questioning other devotee`s attainment level.
This isn't video game . . . "attainment level"? Really? We don't "level up", we simply progress according to our own souls' journey.
