So where is this yodeling culture actually came from? What's yhe history beyond it?

On tall Mountains since they were really far apart from each other you couldnt communicate. So the people living there invented yodeling as a universal language between each other. You shout into the Mountains it echoes for a long time but spoken words get distorted and nearly unrecognizable. Thus you yodel to each other.

Yodeling was used by farmers to communicate from far distance, it was only used in singing around the 1930s. This is completely normal
