First off, let me say I love you for these videos. I used this hair and separated the locs into 3 strands. I installed it and put a bonnet on at night, with no products, as you suggested, and just fluffed the curls. I kept it in for 3 weeks, rewashed my hair and reinstalled the same 5 packs I initially used. (I don't think that I would reuse the hair again during the summer. Until my hair gets to the length I want, this will be my go to hair...

It's 💯 percent true! This is NO maintenance! I have reviewed 2 different brands of this hair on my channel and am wearing a different brand right now. Kima is my second favorite brand though.

Hi Lia😁. I want you to know this review changed my life!!! I was looking for a hair that was low maintenance, beautiful, and issue free. This hair checked all the boxes and then some. After the install, I was on the fence. I was not use to the curl. I've always done 4b hair in the past and loved it. I thought the curl was throwing me off. Turns out it was the color which was throwing me off. It got 4 packs of 1b/30. I only used 2. I think I would have preferred either the 1b or the 30. I love this hair!!! I'm learning how to swim in it. I work out in it. I can wash it without alot of effort. ( Thanks for that tutorial btw 😉) I think I will use this hair for my upcoming wedding next fall. I just did mines and my moms bits our both go to. I wear it in full curls for about 4 weeks and then reinstall with the curls split apart. My moms always wear hers split apart. The curls last forever. I just told a nurse I work with where to find them hair. She wants her hair done like this. I cut the hair before I installed. It takes 4 1/2 packs for two heads.

I love soft dread, I used to wear it quite a bit a few years ago. I’ve never tried the Kima brand though. I’ve been wearing faux locs for months now and was considering what hair to use next since I’m kind of over the locs at the moment.

I am OBSESSED with this hair. I kind of wish the curls were tighter because it looks a lot like my natural hair, just a bit larger curl. Did you cut the hair? It looks shorter than when you first installed it. If so, how? Because the ends of the hair doesn't look like it. It looks great!!! I'm definitely going to try it.
The look was cute on me, but I was disappointed in the color for me, since I bought it online. I love how easy it was to install, but I didn't like the stiffness. Everyone, loved it on me, but just having a strawberry blonde with Model Model African Kink Curl, I wasn't feeling it. But, everyone who saw me, again loved it on me. The low to no maintenance is definitely a plus for me.

Have this hair in now love it just got it done last week only issue i have is some of the curls get a little knitted may be the way my stylist applied them though
After I saw your video, I went out and got this hair. I installed it on 11/5. It is now 12/11, I’ve realized in the past week or so that the curls will somehow find each other and recurl into a loc. You have to keep unraveling it to keep the ringlets.
Lia Lavon only 2 parts I didn’t like about the hair. The recurling and while it never really loses its curl, you’ll have to cut the stray hairs or the hairs that are no longer in ringlets with the rest of it. Otherwise everyone loves it!!!
I am ordering this the Wand curl, Island curl and this hair right now. I still have 4 other hairs I still haven't tried though. Ripple Deep is bae for me. I wanna try the Kima Ocean cause I hear nothing but great things about it.

After I saw your video, I went out and got this hair. I installed it on 11/5. It is now 12/11, I’ve realized in the past week or so that the curls will somehow find each other and recurl into a loc. You have to keep unraveling it to keep the ringlets.
Oh wow. I never noticed that.
Lia Lavon only 2 parts I didn’t like about the hair. The recurling and while it never really loses its curl, you’ll have to cut the stray hairs or the hairs that are no longer in ringlets with the rest of it. Otherwise everyone loves it!!!
