School is about math and science and reading. Social justice warrior indoctrination should be left to the parents if they so choose. Religious teachings good or bad should be left to the parents. I graduated from college in 1983 with a 4 year degree. If I were to graduate from college today I would be too embarrassed to tell anyone.
I feel the same way. I graduated with a 4 year degree in 1999 (electrical engineering) and I tell you university campuses are an embarrassment today. I love my days at my alma mater (McMaster University) but I would not donate a penny to them given the behavior of administrators and students nowadays
I graduated college 2017. I’m not entirely embarrassed to tell people I have a degree. It’s in a real science anyway. Now, if I got almost any non-stem degree I would be embarrassed.

His point was that engaging in a debate when the terms of the debate are set by your opponent is useless. This happens with democrats too- the most often setting being a "question and answer" session when the person being asked the questions can just talk around questions they don't like and then move on. His point is that the way to actually impact people in power isn't to just talk about issues, it's to actively support causes you back, and protest those you don't. It's a good point, but Tucker got caught on his "violence" thing, even though they both agreed it was mere hyperbole.

It's not that he doesn't know how to use it effectively, it's that his platform falls apart when someone uses logic to dissect it.

Not all of his answers were good, but even his good answers were ignored by Tucker. The young man made a valid point when he said "I have opinions, and I would like to express them on terms that are not set by my opponent." As any conservative student at a liberal school knows, you don't have much chance on a debate stage when those who moderate the debate disagree with you so intensely that they will not allow you to express your opinions.

If he wants to be heard at debates he needs to articulate his points in a manner that doesn’t display he’s all in is feelings, and in a manner that does display that he actually knows what he’s talking about. The whole thing is pretty simple: if your proposed action is something you would never condone from your political opponents, then don't do it. Many young people are just so convinced they are right. What makes him unintelligent is that he came with one sided emotions and untrue facts to debate. The problem with the Left is that they believe you are wrong for not seeing things from their (hope I spelled that correctly) perspective. Sit down and have a genuine conversation with, hear how and why the other side feels/ believes what they do, then you can judge however you may feel to. Don't just assume someone is wrong because they disagree with you. He came into this debate unprepared, thats what made him seem unintelligent, not that he lost the debate.
