This is packed with flavors. I love all the ingredients together. I think Italian sausage, apple and spinach goes perfect together. Very savory, sweet with amazing contrast of textures in every bite. I'll bet your whole house has a Thanksgiving feel. I can imagine the whole kitchen permeated with the various aroma. My love for butternut squash has just expanded.
