Curious... Would cellular displasia be considered an undesired reaction or could it be either negative or positive?

While dysplasia itself is generally considered negative, the underlying causes of dysplasia can be either positive or negative. For example, exposure to certain chemicals or radiation can cause dysplasia, which is a negative consequence. However, dysplasia can also occur as a result of the body's natural healing process, such as in response to tissue damage, which could be considered a positive reaction.
Ultimately, whether dysplasia is considered negative or positive depends on the context in which it occurs and the underlying cause.
