I love so much how you express very simply your internal struggles Anna. You are indeed a "traveling climber who makes a living from her youtube films about climbing", but not only climbing, also personal growth, mental health and human endeavor, and this is amazing!
Wow what a beautiful comment. Because my videos are also my creative outlet, I can’t help but share exactly what I’m going through. Thank you for appreciating my videos 💖
best part of climbing videos is goofy fun with friends IMO, all the structure and grading and instruction that gets into them is icing rather than cake. Great video! :)
What cool problems, this looks like such a fun trip! Edit: hahaha, just got to the last problem. Watching you guys mess around with that was fantastic.
Loving the cat ears, they really made the video haha Honestly love the energy you have with your friends, you are totally right the best people really do make magic things happen. Was great seeing everyone enjoying themselves, thanks for sharing
Hey Anna! I'm only a recent fan but I've made it my mission to binge all your videos. Your energy and enthusiasm is just great and i love it. I do have a question following from one of your videos (the ab bar workout), Would you say your hyperflexibility positively or negatively impacts your climbing (or not at all haha)? Interested to hear, keep up the awesome work!
Hi!! Amazing ahaha, I hope you enjoy the binge journey! Sooo this is a two part answer because at first, it really hindered my progress. I found myself getting some sort of hypermobility injury every month it seemed for the first couple of years. These injuries culminated in this hyperextension shoulder injury that took like... 7 months on and off to recover from. The injuries stemmed from me lacking the strength to support my muscles and tendons at their max range. I started doing a ton of physical therapy, and eventually (read: after YEARS) found myself feeling strong in full extension. With strength at the full range of motion, I started benefiting from my flexibility... without the injury part. Now, I think it's my physical strength and am soooo grateful for how flexy I am! Long winded response but hopefully that answers it haha.
When I was young, I met a wise man who told me: 'One day, you are going to wish you were a boulder' I said: 'Old man, you are crazy! That makes no sense!' Now I finally understand ;)
Outstanding, keeping it fun and light. Saw a few cracks in there did you try a bit or having too much fun sending normal stuff 🙂 written at 7:25 so not finnished yet.

I didn't know Empotration had a hand jam, now I have to go and do it somewhere in Tierra Media = Mordor (6B+, Tierra Media) also somewhere in Tierra Media = Electroswing (6A+, Tierra Media) Burundaga (7A+, ?) = Burundanga (7A+/B, Cabrerizo) 7bish, in Cabrerizo next to Techo Don Pepo = Te faltan plaketas (7B, Cabrerizo) 6c-7aish? somewhere in Parking = La Pegatina (6C+, Parking)
I have a few sources of income, and a really humble life that doesn’t require a huge salary, but the main ones stem from my climbing (RUclips videos, sponsors, sponsored videos, branded photo shoots, climbing articles)
