As someone who lives in the uk (which uses 50hz) I can say it doesn’t work for RUclips, and actually, for 50hz, OUR GAMES WERE SLOWER! this issue was fixed with ps4 and Xbox 360, but we do have the option for 60hz on our game consoles.
