In the manual and in the video (5:40), it says "Make sure the Adjustment Handle engages the holes in the Handlebar Post" but my handlebar post does not have any holes in it. Is it defective?

I think someone screwed up with the video. I too do not have holes on my handlebar post. I do for the seat post, but not the handlebar post.

My console wire comes out the back where the screws are, not out the bottom like this one, so attaching would press on the cable. Recommendations? Bike is IC4

Thanks for the great video! However, there is a USB port on the console and I don't know what to plug the other end of the USB cable into. Thanks for your help!

Hey Schwinn, the screws to tighten the water bottle holders take an Allen key, not a Phillips screwdriver.
