@@kevintowle9665 😆 I was only 45% confident you were going to pick up on that. Just trying to establish the inside joke my friend!

@@jasonpcrawfordauthor Happy to hear!! I have really been trying to broaden my horizons lately. Fantasy, western, sci-fi (ish), some non-fiction (though that was my go to for the longest time), and horror.

I really need to read Lonesome Dove next year.
Sounds like a good reading month!
I think it’s cool that as adults we can go back and read children’s books.

@@Maeve_Ever_Books They match the level of my reading mood sometimes. I still enjoy a good magic treehouse every once in a while.

Lonesome Dove is definitely in my top 10 all time favorite novels.

@@dustinneely It doesn’t go in my top 10 or probably top 25 but it is very good. I think it would be hard for a western to crack my top 10. Just genre bias at work there.

Sigh. I'm not a fan of westerns, but I don't think I've ever heard a negative opinion of Lonesome Dove. I guess I oughta give it a try eventually.
When Religion Hurts You sounds like it could be interesting, especially since I wouldn't be coming to it with all the theoretical background.
Sounds like a pretty good reading month. Have a good one!

@@BryanM.R.-prionic1 Lonesome Dove takes a commitment for sure. However, it was quite enjoyable. It’s not going on my top 10 books list or even probably my top 25 or 30, but it was a good western. Just plain fun.
