  • "The fact that he gave him us himself in the Eucharist, that's God saying to us it wasn't enough for me that you would hear about me by watching a film or by listening to a guy with a microphone in front of him. The only thing that satisfied the heart of God is to give himself personally, directly to you."
Chris Stefanick spoke with CNA on the red carpet at the premiere of “Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist” at Christ Cathedral in Orange County.
The new film focuses on the transformative power of the Eucharist and takes viewers on a journey to rediscover and revive the importance of the Eucharist through dialogue with notable Catholic figures by exploring the biblical origins of the Eucharist and sharing personal stories from those whose lives have been impacted by the Blessed Sacrament.
The film will be shown in theaters nationwide June 4, 5, and 6.
This was Stefanick's message to young people who no longer believe in the real presence or simply see the Eucharist as a symbol:

"If you rise from the dead, I'll believe anything you say about anything."
    Well said, Chris.
    For the viewers to consider:
The Blessed Mother backed up her assertion that God had indeed made her great -- as we Catholics profess -- by adding, "For He that is MIGHTY hath done great things to me; and holy is his name. [....]."
"For my flesh is real food, and my blood real drink." (Jn 6:55)
Yes! Our Lord Jesus Christ is truly present in his full Being -- body, blood, soul, and Divinity -- in the most Blessed Sacrament of the altar, the Holy Eucharist.
