One thing I've heard and apply now is " Be as gracious to yourself as you are with everyone else."
Also, when ppl know you to be the strong person, they see nothing less than that... so being able to show people you can trust a vulnerable side like this helps.
What I am applying in my life right now is "positive self talk" "reassuring MYSELF that I've made the right decision or did the right thing."
I'd encourage you to do that, and things will get better.

Hey Kayla and Happy Wednesday 💫 2:54, I was just thinking about that. I have learned to pour into myself then I give to my household. Mom guilt, omg yes mame. I am with you, also. I plan outings with my girlfriends and I take time out for just me and away from my inner circle. Thank you for sharing this moment because we all go through it. Inspirational share 🧘🏾

Wow! This is from the heart. Sometimes we have to cry & allow ourselves to feel how we feel. The important thing is to keep pushing & focus on the good things. We mere humans don't understand a lot of things about life, but I no longer try to figure it out. I just trust that God understands & I find comfort in knowing that He made me & loves me. Keep on going even when you don't understand. You are loved & needed. ❤❤

You are not alone, I love your backyard, it’s good you forced yourself to get up, depression could have you laying around have you in a funk for days,weeks, months even years

So open and honest❤ I pray for healing and that everyone that suffers from this heals…. I had ptsd from working in the covid era and I was blessed to travel and get therapy through my healing journey. My sessions were twice a week for almost 7 months I completed my therapy after 2 yrs❤ it was worth the fight❤

I’m also dealing with anxiety and was just put on medication for it, I’ve struggled a lot in my past but I keep my head up and pray. I’m definitely doing a lot better but I still have my days, don’t beat yourself down. I pray that everything is well for you and your family 💕

I understand exactly how you feel. I’m a single mom with one, but because it’s only my income, I tend to have to work 2 jobs with long hours in order to make ends meet. Which keeps me away a lot. Thank you for your transparency

Ik it’s just something It has to be done I’m a single father. I can’t relate to how you feel but it’s all mental once you conquer that I promise you it sounds cliche you still have your days but being mentally strong is the key 🤞🏾💙
To an extent I can’t but as far as you being a woman yk. But I’ve been depressed and through a lot and it’s really a mental battle seasonal depression etc. just mentally everyday stay positive affirmations frequencies 💙

Aww I’m sending hugs your way. I was where you are for a while. I felt stuck in anger and frustration. Do you know what helped me? The movie Inside Out. I realized all of our emotions matter. I stopped feeling guilty for feeling sad and just allowed myself to feel it.

It may feel like you’re struggling, but honestly you are going about things the right way. Life is overwhelming and we’re humans doing the best we can to live it. Period.
Expressing gratitude and thanks for the things you have…not giving up and pushing through to handle your responsibilities…and in the end finding time for self-care (punching the bag, getting fresh air, eating tacos with a good show) are all signs that you are walking through life better than most.
