Ronnie is/was one of the rare STRONG bodybuilders. Casuals or novices would honestly be surprised at how many bodybuilders arent very powerful, especially when in training for a show/competition.

Ronnie was 287 lbs here and the 2 DBs were 200 lbs each for 687 lbs. You have to check Hafthor Bjornsson who was repping 220 lbs DBs for the same number of reps Ronnie does here being 450 lbs, for his 2020 Arnold Strongman Classic prep. That's 890 lbs on that Rogue bench.

He was never considered a great actor, not all individuals but most people literally watched his movies because of his muscles, & he inspired millions to want muscles.
