I met his sister Irene and husband Greg back in the mid 90's sa game site ng airsoft group namin noon. Irene was so nice. Noong una, nakatingin lang ako sa kanya. Noticing my stares, she gave me a very sweet smile and initiated what turned into several minutes of idle chatting. You would not believe how down to Earth she was. Walang ka ere-ere. She even sat on a filthy bench (wet rotting leaves, algae and all manner of muck) without batting an eye as we talked. The same with Greg. The guy even sat with us (other players) on muddy ground as we talked about guns. They make you feel like you were on equal footing with them. Based on that encounter, no wonder people who had close contact with the Marcoses likes them so much.

Upon watching this vlog, I got to realize that Marcoses didn't hold a grudge against those detractors and opponents who keep on dragging them down. They do really trust the Lord that someday God will serve justice to them. That someday there would be a divine justice, and judgement. Thus, I've learned to be humble and patient despite the circumstance.

The qualities I see (hope many do) in the Marcos family is class. They can be down in the fields with the farmers having fun and they can be with the Queens and Popes and US Pres, and Asian as well as Europen leaders as well and fit in. But the one quality, which glares at me, that stands out most is their calm approach to questions denigrating the Marcoses. Intelligent family, people-oriented, and great public figures. Your supreme court decision was ordered by the now disqualified Sereno in 2012, under Noynoy Aquino government, and under PCGG Bautista... and did not consider the personal income and acquired assets of President Marcos from 1940 to 1965 before he became president... And it computed only the yearly salaries from Dec 1965 to Feb 1986, disregarding the acquired wealth of Marcos before 1965. For your info, President Marcos did NOT receive any salaries from the government while he was president becoz he was rich enough and chose not to (just like Trump now who don't want the government salary becoz he is already rich enough - with gold and investment assets - and the government salary is just peanuts).. Well, tingnan natin ngayon na hindi na si Sereno ang CJ.... ano kaya ang mga sources ng yaman ng mga Aquinos at allies nila???
Bôn Bing - Well, it was stated in the court documents, income from 1940 to 1965 was not included, only "salaries" from Dec 1965 to Feb 1986 was included. I heard before from a news interview that President Marcos did NOT want to receive any salary as president, coz he had more money than the government. Furthermore, the court order decided by Sereno stated that martial law period was 14 years, when in fact 1972 to 1981 was only 9 years. And by the way, the Swiss deposits was actually awarded to the Philippine National Bank (PNB) as the legal account holder of the funds, and other claimants like the Philippine government and the so called human rights victims (including the Pimentel group by a Hawaii court not even in the Philippines court when these human rights abuses supposedly happened in the Philippines and not in the jurisdiction of USA coz Philippines is an independent country and not anymore a commonwealth of USA??) were/are not the legal account holders of the said account. And during the Marcos period, it was President Marcos who established many branches of PNB in many OTHER COUNTRIES using his gold bars as bank reserves. And when Cory Aquino sat in power, PNB was sold and privatized in 1989, and the shares were sold to Lucio Tan.
