    I started with a 30 min morning routine of Pilates into the year and already after some days I feel such a difference. Very inspiring videos ❤

    Thank you for this video, it's the very first video I watched from you, and it's fascinating and the most useful for me (maybe it's also because I appreciate the beauty of the shots, it's pure pleasure to watch such a good video with such an amazing color palette and color correction (swear to god, you just took a bunch of my favourite colors and put it altogether in one video, thank you, it's beautiful), the light, the composition - I actually feel like if I was watching a film, not a short video)

    Great video really, I love your humor and authenticity.
    I am going to implemet the thing with winding down before bed and doing something without the screen.
    What helps me to feel more energized it to do yin yoga in bed after waking up and start my morning suuuuper slow.

    Daily morning exercise (yoga in my case) has done more for my energy levels than anything else. Even my insomnia issues make less of a difference than exercise.
    Speaking of insomnia.... it’s the morning doom scrolling that’s my big vice. I can’t drink coffee, and because of insomnia issues, I need something to wake me up in the morning. (Even if I get up out of bed, I’ll still fall asleep if I haven’t woken up properly.)
    But you know, your little mention of cocoa made me think that could actually work. I’m really sensitive to caffeine, so even tea is something I don’t want to start having regularly. But some cocoa product would have a bit of that effect, and be healthier for me in the end than doom scrolling as a wake up method.
