- Former homicide detective Clifford Mogg testified in Robert Telles’ murder trial Wednesday. Throughout his testimony, the state questioned him about video surveillance he collected while investigating the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. The footage allegedly shows Telles in his car, driving, and walking prior to and after German’s murder. Mogg testified that the video surveillance clearly details Telles driving to German’s neighborhood, walking to his home, attacking the reporter outside the home, walking back to his car, then eventually driving away.

Robert Telles is accused of murdering Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. After German had written several articles about Telles, a public administrator at the time, he was found stabbed to death outside his home in September 2022. Prosecutors claim Telles’ DNA was found under German’s fingernails. Telles has pleaded not guilty and says he was framed for the murder.

Always interesting to see 106+ plus low level thinkers hold a group chat on the threads of very serious issues. OHHH look at conehead. Rich one too. Apparently Telles was rich driving a decade old SUV and living in ghetto Summerlin.
Shoutout to the young reporters who were mentored by German. They bravely did their own surveillance, sat outside Telles’s
house for hours, filming him, and eventually turned over to the police what they would use to pursue him as a lead. Also Vanessa Murphy boldly walked up to Telles that day he returned home from questioning to confront him. I can’t imagine how they felt but many expressed they feared it could’ve been them killed. the other BIG TELL this was a conspiracy is right in the video above at 39:52
The costume man walks off the street and up to bushes without knocking on German's door.
How did he know German's was home? How did he alert him to come and check on the side yard?
see the problem?
a big part of the conviction was the issue of lying in wait* Which is how you know it was a conspiracy. Sitting in plain sight. Somebody ELSE with a phone was calling German's house.
@johndough23 I like when people like you look at all sides. My question is, well maybe a statement. It looks like German comes out of his driveway because something seems to be happening on the side of his house. Why didn't he come out the front door? Wouldn't they have found evidence on Germans phone that he received a call before exiting his garage? To me, it seems like the suspect may have been banging on the side of his house to lure him out
@@lydibug51 that part of the house is the garage. The killer would have also risked waking the neighbors. Still doesn't explain how he knew he was even home. I would argue he couldn't reach him on the phone that's why he kept walking around the neighborhood and mostly waiting until he could finally get the guy to answer the phone. We need the phone records. We need to know if somebody who was using a burner phone.

Well to be fair he did try to hide some of the clothes.... he hid the nike shoes under his couch lol.
He also drove around the neighborhood for 15 mindless minutes and then walked for another 16 around so you could all get him on video. Once THEY confirmed German was at home, he magically found the house he had 1000 snap shots of. Once there, THE TEAM called Jeff and told him a guy is waiting in the bushes to kill you. Jeff said WTF and went to check that.
Literally all the video is on the very YT video above. What is missing is the SUV actually leaving Telles HOUSE and then all the video showing his path to German's house. There is also no video of Telles that morning BECAUSE he was out killing German of course. There is also ZERO film from Planet Fitness or the parking lot there. I bet there would be film if it showed Telles going into PF with the gray gym bag.

He left his phone behind during murder. Hence all the unanswered calls and texts.
Let's bring "NOT" back lol
He wore shoes, not boots. That's important because during his testimony he explained that he normally wears shoe lifts, but can't wear them in that type of shoe. His problem here is that he accidently explained the difference in perceived height between the "professional assassin" and Telles in his every day life.
@@doom4067 what perceived difference in height? The Nikes in question look like they've never been used until the day of this crime. If you don't wear a shoe because you can't put your wedges in, you never wear them so they're going to be new. New sitting in a rack of shoes in his garage there's film of that. Maybe somebody gave him the shoes as a gift and he couldn't wear them so that's why they were in the garage? The actual killer didn't know anything about wedges. That's why the testimony was important but you aren't smart enough to figure that out.
