Financing is not that small a piece of the puzzle. I’m in my mid 60s, so by the time this gets down to $100 a sq foot or hopefully less, I may not be alive or will be too old to start this venture

I’m not sure that this will be affordable, considering land, foundation, furnishings, etc., on top of the price of the house itself
