Jeff you are by far the best interviewer on the internet. Your intro is short, you get your guest straight into what we are here to listen to, you allow your guests stories to flow and ask the questions in my head, you allow them the time to tell their story without interruptions which would make them forget things or lose tract. A pleasure to watch and so very interesting. Every single one of them.

i just feel bad for so many people stressed sitting in traffic.. worried about their careers, money. etc their whole lives.. theres these expectations of everything.. house size.. cars etc.. its sad to watch people suffer

This is my favorite one by far. Kevin explains how I have felt here on Earth. My body is defective from birth and it never felt like it was made for here. How can a human be allergic to 88% of life? I always felt like I have a home elsewhere. I am very musical and find music to be my happiness. It's nice to know there is someone out there similar to yourself. I loved this video. I will be looking Kevins music up. That instrument sounds very familiar to me. I would like to hear more.

I had the same “ I love you “ from my brother he transitioned weeks later after a fatal accident it broke my heart. I knew, later on, he was saying goodbye for now.
The synchronicity is so undeniable I have to mention it here. Right now I'm in day 3 of a dream yoga retreat with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. I happened to click on this video during a break, and what Kevin Roth is saying is completely aligned with TWR's teachings, which are from the Tibetan Bon tradition. It's really wonderful and encouraging to hear Kevin talking about these things from his own experience. He has tuned in to truths that the Tibetans (amazingly) have recognized, maintained, and cultivated over the centuries.
His dad tells him he loves him, yet he could barely speak! Love it! ♥️

I really enjoyed this share. Super inspiring. I had to come back and share this "synchronicity" that happened a couple days after watching this video.
I had listened to the podcast, and the next day was telling my friend about it. She asked me to send her the link, which she watched that night. I picked her up the next afternoon to run to the library...and she was telling me how this interview spoke to her. She was hearing the message to be kind to herself and to accept what life was bringing her. As she was expressing this I was thinking that what had really stood out for me was the encouragement to listen for and have confidence in the messages that we are getting all the time from our spiritual guides/higher self/source or however we are relating to it....AND RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT you won't believe what happened! We were approaching a busy intersection and the traffic had come to a brief standstill, suddenly there was a loud clap outside of the driver side door (my window was open). We were both saying "what the hell was that!?" and noticed a young man running at top speed down the adjacent sidewalk and continuing thru the intersection... I stuck my head out the window, and on the grass at the curb right by my car - the guy had "dropped" something. Guess what it was...a DULCIMER. I kid you not. I wouldn't have known what it was, except that it had the word "Dulcimer" stained into the wood. The traffic started moving again and there is no place to pull over in this location so we continued on with our mouths hanging open. I was fairly ecstatic I have to say. I've pretty much been buzzing since this happened and it brings a big smile to my face. After a brief stop at the library we looped back around...thinking we might pick up the instrument but there was nothing there. Amazing.

Exactly! I was going to comment the very same thing, Jeff. I love how you let your guests talk uninterrupted and let them spill out their entire story first then go back and and questions to clarify some things. The guest stays in their flow and their thoughts do not get disrupted! Thank you!
Yes why do SO MANY HOSTS interrupt their guests so much?
Why do so many people interrupt their guests? Good question, but another question to add to that: How do most of Jeff's guests manage to stay "in the flow" of their story without stopping to ask, "you know?" That is probably the biggest surprise to me as a fairly new viewer of this channel. It seems people nowadays (or maybe it has always been this way?) seem to need continual reassurance that they are being heard and understood. Or maybe it is simply a bad habit; in any case, Jeff's format appears to work well.
Loved listening to this story, which is not dissimilar to mine. I was diagnosed with Level 4 melanoma out of the blue. 'I had a mole removed for aesthetic/comfort reasons from my calf. My doctor said it was nothing, but he has to send to the lab as part of protocol. We were both surprised when the supposed results showed. I knew the result was wrong, but my doctor insisted the lab could not be mistaken. Not for one second did I Iet the cancer into my consciousness, mind, body and soul. I never ever worried about it. Of course, my husband and family did worry. The only thing I made a concession on was to rake Gumby Gumby, something Aboriginals (I live in Australia) have taken to boost the immune system. Couldn't hurt. Chemo/radiation destroys the immune system, so even if I did believe I'd had cancer, would not ever have been an option for me... but everyone needs to choose their own truth and path. I agreed to surgery because my husband was so terribly worried. So they cut out a big chunk from my calf. And guess what? Not one cancer cell was found! That was 6 years ago. This experience, and a few other nudges from the Universe (please be aware of the signs and listen), led me to give up a high stress job as a senior marketing executive to finally follow my real calling and purpose. I'd been self-studying the mind-body connection, nutrition, and neuroscience based studies for a long time. I always, even as a child, knew I am a spirit having a human experience - can partially remember several past lives. So, when this student was ready, the teacher did appear. I studied under Marisa Peer and became a Cert. Hypnotherapist and Lic. Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner. I knew I had found what I was meant to do. Help people to find freedom from physical, emotional, psychological (almost all past trauma based from childhood experiences, but some from past lives) pain and blocks to live their own best lives. I love what I do. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing others choose change and to open their hearts to love, especially of self. To watch their incredible transformations. I also help cancer patients and survivors on their journeys with mind-body work, boosting their immune system, removing and managing fear and stress, empowering them to transcend from a victim mindset to a thriver mindset. The journey is mostly about love and respect of self, loving life, feeling blessed and grateful despite current challenges, and knowing that we all are loved, are being seen and heard, and are meant to be here. That while we cannot control others or exterior events, we can control how we respond to them, how we self-dialogue and the story we tell ourselves.
I've presented at the Cansurvive, a not-for-profit cancer research and support centre, and am proud to have accepted a (probono) position on their board,. I am passionate about empowering those touched by cancer. The subconscious, when we confidently instruct, direct, compel and command it to do our bidding (rather than be slaves to our critical, monkey mind), as proven by science) can change neuro pathways that can affect profound change in our mental and physical wellbeing. Everything discussed in this interview is relevant and important. I absolutely love that more and more of us are being guided to our true purpose and are facilitating the empowerment of others to claim their own innate power. @Maike T , this was a wonderful comment. I hope I can add to it by saying how important diet is. In 1931 Doctor Otto Warburg won the Nobel Peace Prize for his discovery that "cancer can only survive in an acidic oxygen depleated enviroment". The Standard American Diet (SAD) that mostly consists of nutrient depleated and chemically treated processed foods is a maior contributor in making the blood acidic. Sugar also feeds cancer and makes blood acidic. Eating lots of green vegetables and other alkalizing foods will bring blood pH up to normal levels and cancer cannot survive.
I eat keto and intermittent fast for 18 hours, only eating in a 6 hour window. Lots of good keto cookbooks are coming out and weather your sick or want to stay healthy, keto is a great diet for everyone especially for whatever reason less active people. And don't forget to take your vitamins and herbs. 😇

I had skin cancer 3 years ago, I knew to major stress and unwanted life changes all simultaneously, and am still struggling, unfortunately, to find my way. Been a very difficult path and am teetering between organized and non-organized religion and with a very varied background. Need to know God’s plan for me. Thanks to you both for this encouragement.

There is a huge difference between spiritual and religion, especially organized, they would not agree with the NDE experiences, for the most part. These are beautiful, they encompass the otherside, no judgement, all about love for all. God's, Source, universe, it's plan for us is to just be; rest in that.

I had an “imaginary friend” as a child, which wasn’t, have had several ‘experiences’ in my 55 years, and has always been intrigued and interested, if not obsessed, with all things spiritual but not religious, that I could never shake. I do feel like I need community support, which is the only reason I have even considered going to organized churches again. Ironically, my sister, the extremist Christian imo, sent me something that absolutely sealed the deal for me and I know that I cannot accept that thought process again. So, 100%, I am remaining what I consider spiritual but not religious. Thank you again. I appreciate Jeff, his work, his guests and this community. 💗

I literally gasped when you said Yogananda. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve listened to autobiography of a yogi on audible. I listen to it ritualistically now and as a meditation and mental cleansing tool as well as for healthy contemplation on God. I feel a sincerely deep and ecstatic love for him and his teachers and stories. His book is actively changing my life. I’m so excited to hear his message has had an effect on you!

Actually, Kevin did not describe any actual out of body experiences. Jeff confirmed that with a very clever and diplomatic question. Kevin is using his own personal definition of the term.

I agree, OBE is an experience not a thought based on intuition.
In his childhood, it may very well have been an OBE. And sometimes intuition and awareness of the what is real increase after that. Not only for NDE’ers. I think the use of LOA (law of attraction) and focus, has been a side effect too :-)

I think the future has already be written. There are different probabilities and choices, but choosing one has already been predestined. That's just my opinion.
Agree. So many NDE'ers are sent back because, "it wasn't their time". If our lives don't have predetermined exits, maybe there are more than one, then what does 'not your time' mean?
Also they sometimes show the future to the NDErs and the future happens so it means that it was pre determined.
Yes. It's pre determined. We have many lives. One a time. They are books in a big library. And you are the library.

All fear is - is the thought we will not receive what we think we need. When we need nothing - the fear we have confronting the unknown does not exist.
Do not blame and do not play the victim.
Empower yourself - Protect yourself - Clear yourself and Ground yourself.
Believe and be open to the being you want to become. Ask for help.
Your guides cannot intervene with out your permission. Give yourself permission to be happy and guilt free.
Last and most importantly breathe.
While going through your day and especially before sleeping.
Do breathing exorcises.
Laugh as often as you can.
Remember, laughter is dessert for the soul.

The most amazing thing about you Jeff is you let people talk. You let people tell their story with very little interruption. How many times do these professional broadcasters on normal tv interrupt people when they're talking. They ask them a question then before they've had chance to answer they start talking over them. The thing I like about you Jeff is you sit and patiently listen to what your guests have to say. That doesn't normally happen on professional broadcast stations.

I had the great privilege to meet Mary Travers in the mid 80's when she appeared at a fund raiser for the National Museum for Women in the Arts in Washington, DC. After her concert I introduced myself to her back stage and told her how much I had enjoyed her music over the years. Such a simple thing for me. I didn't anticipate or expect the huge GLOW of love that she gave me and she actually asked ME if she could give ME a hug!!! Who would decline a hug from Mary Travers?! Of course I said, "yes"! That hug was so full of love that I have never forgotten it. Her hug was one for the ages. I had never experienced a hug like it before then nor have I felt a hug like hers since then. I did not know Mary Travers and we did not become friends...but I have been blessed for 3 decades with the memory of her hug.
She was an angel on earth.
I think Kevin is 99% spot on. One thing that keeps coming to me is that the Bible states that God is love but appears to many as " the white light "Most NDE experiences this. We are also a part of the light and will return to it. So to me the most important thing for us to learn and to be is love. Exactly what Jesus said was the most important thing. Just my 2 cents.
I had a vision of God when I was 12, dressed like Jesus, white hair, looked old as time, loved us unconditionally, forgives anybody anything written on his face, all happened the moment I realized Jesus died for ME.

Consciousness is aware of deception; awake; truth; the veil is lifted; & it is more frequent now; we have been deceived about what our purpose here is by years of authoritive institutions like religion; government; police & military laws & ALL laws are made to control human behavior. Realise we have free will to choose. Great interview.

I see what you mean. I find the basic concept behind New Age, Vedanta, Western Esotericism, and so on and so forth, pretty easy to understand.
It's all largely philosophical idealism as far as I'm concerned.
I agree, that some people will find it easy to understand - either intellectually, or intuitively, and others will think it's 'woo'.
I think that's what reality is basically like, but all the same, I'm feeling quite blasé about it all these days
I agree that feeling is more important than understanding the concept, and it's quite conceivable that the people who are best at talking about these things aren't always the people who feel there truths at a deep level.
I've no idea, but I suppose I might have wanted to think something like that in the past.
Right from the beginning this guy sounded phony to me . Talk about arrogance ! This whole interview is all about Kevin shouting "Me , Me, Me, it's all about ME ! " I tried to force myself to listen to this whole interview but only got halfway . Just can't listen any more . This interview was WORSE than a waste of time . What an Egomaniac !
