Just be hygienic, well dressed and groomed, and slightly low-key in your communication style: neither overt nor too distant. Myself, I am 5'8", more fit than fat, have some hair loss, and wear glasses, which obscure my otherwise smooth blemish and wrinkle-free face. Am currently clean shaven (though I sported a goatee & stache awhile back. I do sport a nice pair of sabre-styled sideburns), but the beard & stache will return. Hope this helps. Height is essentially multiplier, the face is your foundation/base your height, facial hair, hairstyle etc are all things that accentuate or decrease the base. It’s not about being tall it’s about not being too short. Height can have strong negatives on that base if someone is too short. If you’re 5’4 or below in western countries you’re SOL. Unless you status max. 5’5 grey area. Sometimes can work. 5’6-5’8 is good enough if the face is solid. The guys you mentioned are still average or close to average height in the west so they don’t need to really worry. Show me examples of a 5’4 guy or below having success with women in the west even with a chad face.

Don't get it twisted guys, there are guys who are tall who do not have a high level face at all and women will not look in their direction if their face is just average and below average. Height matters more if your face is just average, but if you have a really attractive face, height matters less. To me these examples just show that in order to get away with being short, you must have an almost perfect face. It tells us how important height is. To make matters worse, they are not even short. They are of average height.

My workout routine currently is just chest/back, lower, shoulder/arms 1 day each. Will add more days eventually but it’s not as bad as people think if you warm up properly and take the sets to 0 RIR/failure with effective exercises it’ll destroy you for a while I’m bordering on reaching a 2 plate bench while being under 160. @@MasterInHD I don’t look at that way I base it on women’s reaction and I don’t think see above 6 feet is necessarily much better if at all. There’s a chart you can find from Alexander Grace where 35% of women said 5’7 was acceptable, 5’8 was 50%, 5’9 was towards 70%. Given that people suck at judging height you could argue 5’7 should be treated as the 5/10 mark. I’m 5’75 they definitely can’t tell the difference between half an inch. I didn’t mention this initially but I also think if you have decent size that makes up for height a little bc the whole point of why women like height is size. Shorter people are overall smaller makes you look more like a kid. I’m not saying you need to become a mass monster but people should look at you and think you’re 2 inches taller than you actually are. Shoulders, traps (overdeveloped traps looks weird though) and neck are most important for that it actually makes your torso bigger. Increasing neck and feet size might also make you a couple cm taller no one ever talks about that, neck training isn’t a meme look up Alpha Destiny (now Alex Leonidas) neck training video. If you can overload a muscle it’ll grow it’s easy to train at least to an intermediate stage. Last solution that isn’t new but ignored that isn’t that bad is wearing lifts that give you an extra inch, decent solution because that way it’s not super far off from your actual height. Hmm, this is a decent way to look at it but it doesn't take into account that 8+ face adds a LOT of value. The calculation probably holds until 7/10, but an 8/10+ is a huge multiplier to the point where there's no way a 4/10 can ever achieve the same level no matter the height halo. The only way such a face will get nerfed if it's a turbomanlet 5'5" or something. Height cannot be underestimated. You are using alot of celebrities who have good talent to be in their fields. If face is number 1 height is a close second. It’s definitely not a “compliment”. 5'7 is still tall in some countries like in Malaysia. If you're 5'2, it's brutally over for you even if you've Tom Cruise face. All your examples are of people in the media, people lusting over these celebrities don’t see them in person and can’t really perceive their heights, thus in the modeling and film industries there is a strong preference for attractive faces. I’m 6’4 and have a pretty good face, a close friend who has a similar level face but is only 5’9, gets a fraction of the attention I get in social environments like night clubs (that is my experience at least).I agree in general face>height but the examples you used aren’t realistic. My workout routine currently is just chest/back, lower, shoulder/arms 1 day each. @@MasterInHD I don’t look at that way I base it on women’s reaction and I don’t think see above 6 feet is necessarily much better if at all. There’s a chart you can find from Alexander Grace where 35% of women said 5’7 was acceptable, 5’8 was 50%, 5’9 was towards 70%. Given that people suck at judging height you could argue 5’7 should be treated as the 5/10 mark. I’m 5’75 they definitely can’t tell the difference between half an inch. I didn’t mention this initially but I also think if you have decent size that makes up for height a little bc the whole point of why women like height is size. Shorter people are overall smaller makes you look more like a kid. I’m not saying you need to become a mass monster but people should look at you and think you’re 2 inches taller than you actually are. Shoulders, traps (overdeveloped traps looks weird though) and neck are most important for that it actually makes your torso bigger. Increasing neck and feet size might also make you a couple cm taller no one ever talks about that, neck training isn’t a meme look up Alpha Destiny (now Alex Leonidas) neck training video. If you can overload a muscle it’ll grow it’s easy to train at least to an intermediate stage. Last solution that isn’t new but ignored that isn’t that bad is wearing lifts that give you an extra inch, decent solution because that way it’s not super far off from your actual height. Height is more important than face according to my sisters. Once they said to me "a tall ugly guy is handsome". That's quite a statement to get your head around for a guy.
