    Nice gymnastic routine. Has nothing to do with TCMA and even less to do with anything remotely "martial" in a practical context.

      @@linasemlali5237 Rubbish. Those movements have -0- practical value either as martial art or as sport. As established in 1949 it is definitely NOT Wushu.

      @@The-Contractor wushu taolu, or forms, is a performance art that is not useful in real fighting, however, it is still very difficult to perform. Wushu sanda, also known as Chinese kickboxing, is another division of wushu which involves two athletes sparring against each other. Sanda is actually useful for fighting and has martial values. Not everyone today is accepting of wushu taolu, saying how wushu/kungfu has been ruined over the years, which isn’t true, since traditional Kung fu styles as well as wushu sanda are still around. People also don’t realize that wushu taolu, although not useful in fighting, is still exciting to watch and difficult to perform.
