It's really weird how the public never caught on to the fact most of their saves are all just scripted and most of the heroes aren't even actually heroes.

Nature vs Nurture has “some” play here, but not completely. The bottom line is that Ryan is half human. Homelander is not. He was made in a lab using the dna of a sup. There’s no humanity in him. Even if Ryan had been an orphan he’d still have some sort of empathy from nature alone. Not defending homelander but he’s not a “corrupted” or “twisted” human with powers. He’s plain and simply not human.

Do you pre-record reactions and not see the comments from your reaction to episode 1? People already explained the Kimiko/Frenchie situation. Kimiko is not jealous. It was established last season that their kiss was weird and their bond was more than a romantic connection. They are PLATONIC soulmates. Barely recognizing Cherie is wild, she was in every previous season. Frenchie worked for Nina, not Cherie. In the future, you should watch previous season recaps before starting a new season. Enjoyed the reaction otherwise.
