I personally still can't get warm with the V-Tuber characters, but the commentary and overall gameplay and especially vibe this whole run was just plain excellent! Really loved to see the game being shown off here by such an enthusiastic and skilled runner. The explanations and easter eggs (like rain always coming on day 3) made this not only fun to watch, but also to listen to. Makes the whole wholesomeness of the game even better! A bit sad I missed the live stream of it because of time zones....
This was a really fun run! I've always loved the mines in Stardew - it's usually my main activity - but this was even more tense than I thought it would be.
One thing about the way staircases spawn is they're more likely to be spawned by enemies and, if you've defeated all enemies, rocks get a boost to staircase likelihood. Which I think is interesting! It's like a bonus for taking out all enemies on a floor.
When she got to floor 40 and said "I'm about to blast through these last 10 floors!", but there were 10 minutes left of the run... I just knew... It was still a very entertaining run!! 😁
I love how everyone says that stardew valley is a peaceful game xD for me this genre is a focus of stress. My head is constantly "tic-tac-tic-tac" and my only goal is to do as much as possible every day without fainting (dead/exhaustion) Please explain HOW a game that literally forces you to fight a clock is peaceful? XD
Watching this run back, that was my single biggest mistake. I should have used the staircase on the slime floor. I was just so nervous at the time I forgot I had it. T_T

Yeah, you can't reroll infested floors. If it is at all possible for you to put down a staircase, put down a staircase!
Was there a reason to not just use the crafted staircase on the slime floor?
