I just got these Saguaro Winter Barefoot Shoes which are available on the Saguaro website. I have never used barefoot shoes before so I was curious what these were like. I am quite impressed with how comfortable these shoes are. I love the furry lining that is inside of the shoes. they are quick and easy to put on. Very lightweight and comfortable. I have the "summer" version of these and absolutely love them. So I was pondering whether or now I should buy these for the winter and hearing you say they are just great convinced me enough.
Only question is: Would you suggest picking the same size as the summer ones? I'd think it'd be best to get the same size but I thought maybe with thicker socks or the shoe being more robust than the summer ones, I'd have to get a size up ( But I don't think.. really? :\)

I bought the same size I wear in my normal shoes and haven't had any problems with them being to tight. The material is so flexible on the top of the shoe, I think it makes up for the added fur lining.

I'm debating buying these right now, they don't have any of the fun colours in stock unfortunately. Would these be easy to slip on and off Without untying them?
Yes they are easy to slide in and off. That is one of the things I love about them.
It's pronounced sa-wah-roh. Just fyi. I'm looking at these for my kids but I'm worried about the thin sole. We live in northern AZ that has lots of bull heads/goat heads. I don't run in my minimalist shoes at all here because they poke right through the sole. What would your point of view be on the shoes handling those? The bull/goat heads.
Oh those are bad, we have those in Texas also. I do not think they would be able to break through the tread of these shoes. Haven't seen that happen yet.
@@BucyTV Cool. Thanks for the info. I really want to stay away from the narrow shoes for my kids while they are young. We have various amounts of terrain so also want them to stay injury-free.
How long have you had them, and how are they holding up??
They are holding up well. We have had them over a year now.
