      actually it's not fair. because with full perfect substat. the difference between 43311 and 44111 should be smaller and smaller.
      why? because elemental dmg bonus stack additively with basic/skill/ult damage bonus, so the more of damage bonus substat, the less it adds to the total damage (diminishing return)

      ​@@pudinkeviar4151 Actually, it is fair, cuz crit it's also a substat that stacks additively, so it also has diminishing. Most characters want this substats priority: er until reqs are meet, crit rate, crit dmg, atk% or whatever the character scales of, and the dmg bonus for the main sources of dmg. At the end of the day test methods aside 4/3/3/1/1 with dmg+dmg (at least until a broken dmg buffer apears) is the most optimal main stat distribution, there is no reason to use 44111 cuz echo farming in this game is fairly easy.

      @@chunchunmaru3093 because 4 costs can be farmed infinitely and 1 costs are significantly easier to get than 3 costs(+you can recycle spare 4 costs), the "randomness" eventually disappears. You can always ensure perfect substats in this way.
      Note that nobody has ever argued that 44111 does more dmg than 43311. The whole reason 44111 is preferred by some is because of significantly lower time investment and ability to pretty much guarantee perfect substats(for reason explained above)

      It's just subpar. Crit is way more important, also diminishing returns will make it so that each 3 cost adds less and less to ur dps

    Great showcase! So... yes, the math checks out.
    44111 vs 43311 is about 10% difference (slightly less in some chara with less crit in their kits unlike Yinlin with ton of it already). Any other variation have minor difference, so that's why using atk%/ER or 44111 in Moonlit is ideal since you can swap the set around all sub DPS freely (unless they scale of Def like Taoqi) while go for 43311 for main DPS since getting echo EXP to reroll takes more time than getting elite echo anyway, worst case scenario use one atk% or ER.

      ​@@putra1814Yeah cuz rn building a main dps with 43311 is very resource intensive. So using a fairly easy/general echo set to build helps atlest in the current state of the game.

      maybe in a few years where they need to rebalance the game or add new resource to make veteran grind again. in PGR they add system where you can add memory effect (basically echo set effect) in weapon. So you can use 6 memory on a chara (just like how we have 5 echo slot in Wuwa) and they add 2 on weapon, it takes 2-4 memory to give set effect like healing give 15% atk buff etc. I can totally see them adding similar system to Wuwa in 2-3 years but not anytime soon

      @@No_ex_ If you could do that, you could also hypothetically run a full 33333 energy regen on your support characters. 32% a piece, total +160% ER for 260% before weapons and substats

      @@No_ex_ Depends but 13 cost just seems so well balanced that it felt intentional they didn't go with it for future updates but a total 15 cost seems broken unless they gave us harder and chunkier enemies if we have higher union level than our current cap and our Resonators can go lvl 120 like those Red aura bosses and a harder enemies from events and holograms

    Dmg bonus count after all calc, greater value than critdmg, apply for non critical dmg. That's why u need dmg bonus.

    If you have a 44111 build don't waste it as a fodder keep them, because depending on the tower buff 44111 greatly overshadows 43311 like the first floor of the current middle tower that gives an abundant amount of bonus damage.

    This really helps to make better decisions when building. Especially at this point of the game where resources are tight and we have to settle with what RNG gives us. Wuwa and its free-farm for echoes is so god damn amazing.

    Nice, good thing no substats as it can make a huge difference to be honest. I might actually just do 44111 for some damage supports like yangyang , as to avoid investing too much and min maxing, probably gotta go with ER sets and ER sword and her outro er makes up for some leftover ER needed

      I use it as placeholder on my havoc rover cause I don't have to worry about subs and they are the only element I think I have 4 on set elemental dmg bonus (2 pieces) and don't already have a better build

    Nice comparison, so the 43311 atk/elemental is not far from the elemental/elemental, gonna use atk first until i get that damn 3 cost electro bird with good substats.

    This comparison is meaningless. You need to at least show the progress of the boss' HP bar after doing one rotation. Why only show the final single damage? Why people are saying this video is good? Are you ok?

      The progress bar doesnt rly matter though? Its the final dmg that matters on a crit since thats the most reliable indicator

      The question is if YOU are okay, in case you forgot crit Stat exists and it ISNT 100% when you have 0 substat echoes. Critting in each shot is 100x better than doing an inconsistent showcase where the numbers differ minimally
