MKT I disagree. I mean many people can’t have that exact physique but pretty much anyone can put on muscle and gain strength through years of training, what’s variable is how long it might take. Of course some gain much more easily than others.

But the point I wanted to make was that Paulo had to work hard to get where he was and he shouldn't be discredited because Israel walked through him.
