Thank you for representing Bivol, yourself, and boxraw. I love and appreciate the authenticity and the willingness to learn and grow. It’s very inspiring. Thank you Ben!
So glad that your posting these videos bc it allows for people who wanna learn as well as they wanna workout like Bivol does and enjoy a piece of boxing even if you aren’t a fighter W vid !
@@ben.amanna is there any footage or anyway you can get Bivol to show how he gets into his boxing stance so for beginners can watch and try themselves if you can

Nice one Ben. You did great in those sessions, your fitness levels are spot on. Love the atmosphere...no missus, kids, cheerleaders and not even music at times. That's a serious atmosphere for a serious game and a very serious fighter. Amir Khan was the best fighter i sparred but would've loved to have done some work with Dmitry, so much to learn from him. Keep up the great work Ben, respect brother. Big up BOXRAW! 👊🏼🥊
Great content 👌 It's great to see how an elite athlete and boxer like Bivol works to become how brilliant he is 💪 And also good to see you get stuck in and do the work with him too 💯 Bivol is obviously mainly about the classy skills but he is a super strong athlete that has the power and strength ready to go when he needs or chooses to use it too 💪🔥
Tough fight coming up for Bivol but I think he pulls it off against Betterbiev. He has all the tools to beat him. That in and out movement will give BB problems. Can’t wait! 🔥 great video
I don't know how much you had to pay to make these videos happen but thank you for that, what a privilige for you to be in his camp and what a privilige for us to get a little peak in. I'll def check out your clothing line!
The fight between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev is one of the most anticipated matchups in the light heavyweight division, especially due to the stark contrast in their fighting styles, which makes this clash exciting both tactically and physically. Dmitry Bivol (33 years old) Fighting style: Bivol is known as a highly technical boxer. He possesses agile and intelligent footwork, able to move forward and backward seamlessly, placing himself in positions that are hard for his opponents to reach. His jab combination is his main weapon. Bivol uses his jab not only to attack but also to control distance and the pace of the fight. Strengths: Technical skills: Bivol’s ability to read his opponents and leverage his boxing technique is outstanding. This allows him to stay calm under pressure. Attack variety: While not a fighter with great knockout power, Bivol throws sharp and accurate punches. He uses his varied jab to break down his opponent’s defense, frustrating them. Physical endurance and stamina: Bivol often dominates opponents with superior stamina. He rarely seems to tire in the later rounds, which allows him to execute his strategy until the end of the fight. Weaknesses: Power: Though his punches are moderately strong, Bivol does not possess the same knockout power as Beterbiev. In a fight against a fighter with devastating power, Bivol might need to be more cautious and rely on his defense and movement. Artur Beterbiev (39 years old) Fighting style: Beterbiev is a beast in the ring with a perfect record of 100% KO victories. His fighting style is aggressive, with heavy punches and constant pressure on his opponents. He often uses powerful combinations to break down defenses and finish his opponents with sheer brutality. Strengths: KO Power: This is Beterbiev’s greatest asset. Every punch he throws has the potential to end the fight, even from situations that seem non-threatening. Aggression and pressure: Beterbiev never allows his opponents to breathe. He continuously applies pressure, forcing them into the corners and launching relentless, destructive attacks. Physical durability: Besides having heavy punches, Beterbiev is also known for his toughness. He can absorb hard punches and keep coming forward. Weaknesses: Age and stamina: At 39, Beterbiev’s stamina could be a vulnerability against a younger fighter like Bivol. If the fight goes long, Bivol’s technical superiority and endurance could pose a serious threat. Reliance on power: Beterbiev relies heavily on his knockout power, which could be risky against a highly skilled and defensively sound boxer. If Bivol can avoid the big knockout punches, Beterbiev might struggle to win on points. Fight Analysis Bivol’s Strategy: Bivol will likely depend on his agile footwork and jab combinations to maintain distance from Beterbiev. With superior technical skills and stamina, Bivol could try to drag the fight into the later rounds, where Beterbiev’s stamina might start to fade. A defensive strategy focused on avoiding Beterbiev’s powerful KO punches will be crucial for Bivol. Beterbiev’s Strategy: On the other hand, Beterbiev will look to cut off the ring and corner Bivol, forcing him into close-range exchanges. Beterbiev’s knockout power could be decisive if he manages to limit Bivol’s movement and lock him in under heavy pressure. Key Factors: Stamina and Durability: If Bivol can last into the later rounds, he has a strong chance of winning on points, given that Beterbiev’s stamina may decline. However, if Beterbiev lands a powerful KO punch early, the fight could easily go his way with a knockout victory. Distance Control: The key for Bivol is to keep his distance. If he can avoid the big punches and frustrate Beterbiev with his jab and movement, Bivol has a great chance of dominating with his technical skills. In conclusion, this fight pits superior technique against devastating knockout power, where the winner will be determined by who can consistently implement their game plan.
So I’m wondering, will you guys be able to release sparring footage after Bivol’s fight with Beterbiev? Also, love the videos, keep up the great work 🙌
Do you know of any pro boxers who have hypermobile elbow joints (i.e., "doubled-jointed" elbows)? How might this be good or bad for boxing? Is it a problem or no?
keep your elbows tucked close to your ribs when you punch. elbows always close. the punch will be stronger, and faster because the path is shorter and more direct. and your anatomy of bone structure will be aligned behind your fist. with your elbows bent. your straight punches are halved. and your gonna snap your wrists and hurt your elbows and shoulders. cheers!
His sparring partners constantly change, however one partner that goes to every camp with Bivol is Ruslan Bikmenov. He taught me the mechanics of soviet style boxing in my most recent YT video, check it out! 🫡
Bivol is one of those boxers that really emphasizes the notion of boxing being an art

Good job on not showing him sparring 👍🏼👍🏼
boxers and their trainers make sure that their sparring is never leaked, that’s why there is barely any sparring footage out there of good boxers
