You give yourself too difficult things to begin with. You can make yourself a cross. Start with cartio standing up. With small steps get your body used to the effort. 😊
I've been doing your workouts for 4 years and sort of pick and choose depending on my mood. This is the first time I've followed the challenge and I absolutely love it! It's challenging without being dangerous for my 71 year old body. I love the extended warm up and cool down. I can definitely feel the soreness in my muscles, but it's not pain. Love, love love your content!

Heather, you are a true master of sequencing! My mind was telling me I wouldn't be able to make it through today. All muscles were sore. I kept telling myself, "Just this next one, only 45 seconds." Somehow, I did it all, little by little. Loved the changes from standing to lying poses. This helped me regain energy for the next exercise. Huge thank you!
Wow my sore legs were not happy at the start but pushed through and by the end I was a sweaty happy mess with less sore legs! Loved it - thanks Heather
As a 48 yr old in pre-menopause the focus on weights with bursts of hiit are helping me tremendously. The hours of running and jumping around just don’t work for me like in my 20’s and 30’s. HR is the bomb. My favorite YT trainer. ⚡️💪🏻🔥Thank you Heather 💛
So true. Yes. I love my cardio, hiit, tabata which i do daily HR has 10 mins which is perfect but weights & a sprinkling of cardio is the winner for me too.

I used to follow your trainings religiously until I became ill 6 months ago. I'm now in recovery and super pleased to say that I was able to do 18 mins of this training today without stopping! Feeling good Heather. Definitely stepped up my weights. My 8lbs feel light in different workouts, my 10lbs are still my go to. Heavy is 15 and my lightest are 5lbs for Flys. Proud that I've come this far. Been working out with you for 5 years now but my fitness journey is 6 years. Thank you so much. Even on those hard day. Just get up and do little by little. It will give you motivation to keep going. 💪🏼 Thank you. 😊

Day 3 complete! This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with a RUclips workout plan. I believe it’s because while these workouts are challenging, they are doable. I have full control throughout and I literally feel myself getting stronger. I can’t wait to see what 12 weeks of this program will do! Thanks Heather ❤️

I had to lower from 15lb to 10lb in some, and those knee ones are s-l-o-w in the making for me, however I had a lipoma removed from my back Christmas eve and still a bit tender so taking care not to open any stitches (in my 60's I am not as quick to heal as when my hormones were still around)😅 Thank you for providing these free workouts, you make it possible for everyone to gain freedom from the chains that bind! ❤

Who needs cardio when you have a Metcon! My heart rate was up there....avg 122...wish that were higher but i peaked at 144...these workouts are the BEST! And I loved the sprint at the end...perfect 20 sec on...I don't think there was much gas left in the tank do to much more! Love the new studio look!😍 As many have said, HR is THE BEST on YT! Looking forward to many more great workouts in 2025. Thank you Heather!!🤟🥰🤩

I liked the weights and the cardio mix at the end. I did modify weights because Ive hurt my back before so now I listen to my body. Thanks HR. 5.0 off to a good start.

Day 3 done! This time I have to follow your recommended rest day. From Hr 1 to 4 I always workout 6 to 7 days a week with no rest in between. ❤ is now happy !
Shoo, this was a killer for me. My body has been so sore for the last 2 days. I haven't been able to train properly besides walking for a few months due to high cortisol and unstable insulin. But I am proud to be back in the saddle and ready to love this body the way it deserves to be loved.

Shoo, this was a killer for me. My body has been so sore for the last 2 days. I haven't been able to train properly besides walking for a few months due to high cortisol and unstable insulin. But I am proud to be back in the saddle and ready to love this body the way it deserves to be loved.
