LOL Love it. The cycling proficiency swung it for me :-) Been drinking out of my tank(s) for years with no issues. My son works testing for legionella etc and says folk should worry more about the supplies in public buildings :-)
I always drink from the tank but so many people don't.

Hilarious!! Very clever, but very useful information as well. I’m always scared to drink from my tank, but may well perform the experiment myself now!!
So many people ask the question, but it's going to be a different answer for each vans individual circumstances (and could change at any point if something is accidentally introduced into the tank).

Very good buddy .. great vid .. so funny at the end lol ... we use Milton to clean tank hen flush through .. but be honest we never drink the water .. we only make cuppa,s with it .. wash dishes plus it's used in cassette toilet .. I take bottled water from Aldi to add to my whisky and drink .. cheers Chris & Sam

That would be an interesting experiment, but no, we drain out between trips even if it's only a week.

@@dougstewart6581 I'd guess if you are living in it you'll be turning over the water in the tank pretty quickly so it's unlikely to be in there as long as a week? With two of us in our van I need to fill the tank every couple of days. Every day if we use the shower.

Hi I would've thought the tank in your loft wasn't as clean as your motorhome tank as it has been up there for many years and is fed probably by lead pipes and they never get cleaned out so I would say about the same if not worse great video enjoyed it by the way the mask you had on earlier was was only joking
The tank in your loft should only supply water to your hot tank and possibly your toilet cistern. It's not for drinking.

That's odd, I do occasionally have people say this but most people seem to have no problems. I can only think that perhaps somewhere there is an issue with some browsers perhaps?
