Lee was a once in a generation marksman so the washington was stupidly accurate, also his Ching nickname was from his classmates at Annapolis commenting on his slightly yellowish skin complexion resembling the Chinese.

On another note, South dakota was extremely lucky to survive this battle as the japanese ships were loaded for shore bombardment and not naval engagement, meaning high exposive and fragmentation shells instead of AP rounds

Lee was also kinda geek by Navy standards, fascinated by new tech like radar. He personally trained in use of SG. And he combined that knowledge with natural talent for ballistics to deadly effect.

This is just my opinion about her eyes
She is great, I like her
There are many characters who has vacant empty eye too but it just an art style.
But her chibi doesn't have that feel though, probably just the art style.
Probably just the art style on the default Howe,but in the official art for the noble rouge skin that feel is completely gone.and that's probably why she has heavy makeup such as eyeshadow and eyelashes on her.

I love the Prinz Heinrich because:
Pre-oath she says you that this is where she "draws a line". She means that because checking her other lines as secretary you notice that she is very positive and forgiving person (she always see everything in positive manner), but at some point she has her dignity.
After-Oath she just pouts and acts a little bit like tsundere because she know that she can trust commander without doubt (its a little bit shaming for her, I think this is the most normal and natural reaction for that kind of situation, remember that as secretary, we are "at the office" and not private place so it feels natural for her to act like this).
In the comparision for other shipgirls, PH is simply the best, she feel the most natural and not so bland with her character (she loves to stay positive to everything and share her energry with others). This is for now the only shipgirl I would love to oath IRL and in the game it was a simple choice to oath. Her oath line is also very sweet.

10:37 I'm don't know if this applies to this skin but I know some skins have different "special touch" areas, so I'd assume it applies to touching her stern considering the orientation of the skin.
