I washed my boots the way they showed in the video and it worked! I was skeptical to wash it with water and I was scared to screw up my boots..but after my boots dried, I brushed it as they show it on the video and it restored the suede as it was before! Brush it very softly and you'll see the "dirt" coming off the boots. Amazing brush I must say (now that I know the correct way of using it)
The Cleaner & Conditioner is designed for boots that are already used. The Water & Stain Repellent is best used if applied when boots are new; however, the can also be applied to boots once cleaned. What do you mean by 'stuff that comes off'?
@WhatSheBuys well i brought the care kit from the ugg website, it came with sheepskin protector, sheepskin cleaner and conditioner, and sheepskin fresher and the brush.
@MrJordan2299 Sure you can use the cardboard stuffers that came with your boot. The purpose of filling the boots with paper towels is to help the boot hold the shape during cleaning, but the cardboard will work as well.
So I'm ready the comments on this video and people are saying you need to use 1part water and 1 part cleaning solution. But I'm reading the back of the sheepskin cleaning and conditioner and it says to apply a small amount of cleanser and conditioner to a clean wet sponge? I don't know what to do?!?! HELP
my friend i dont blame you for trying to look good but the important thing here is how you clean your boots. millions of sheep are being cruely killed and u worry how to clean them.... please dont buy them anymore dont support this.
tabitha alt did yours seem to drip any dye after cleaning? I have a grey pair and I'm freaking out because it's dripping grey all over the place and I followed the directions exactly
Carlos Moreno bothers me a great deal as well. However, my mom gifted me a pair and I was truly in need of a warm, quality pair of winter boots because winter in the northeastern part of the U.S. can be brutal. I must say they are comfortable, warm and dry but this will absolutely be the first and last pair I own
Some of you self righteous jerks need to appreciate time she took out of her own day to provide information about proper care of your boots, instead of rudely dragging her through the dirt about the way she conducted the video. “Calm down”✋
@basketballsuz Don't spray the cleaner or conditioners on the buttons; however if u get some of the cleaner on the buttons simply wipe off. The buttons should not be damaged with light expose
@niteshmohite How did you ruin yours? I just bought mine as got a peice of cake on one boot. Then I accidentally got some of the conditioner on the boots. Would that ruin them?
I clean my daughters boots with the kit, and what you have to do after they are dry rubbed them gently with rubber on the brush and then brush tthem again.
How can i make the inside of my Ascott uggs more comfortable, it feels like its really thick.. I want to make it more softer and more comfortable. Any way i can make it any more soft?
This is why I'm surfing the comments because I'm gonna cry. I could NEVER afford these growing up and my mother was kind enough to get me a pair for Christmas last year and they needed to be waterproofed again and had some salt stains and I'm praying like hell I didn't just ruin them with a product intended to get them clean and keep them looking great 😣😣
Re: FAKES! The term "uggs" has been around for decades! Anyone from Australia or England can verify this. Now, "Ugg®" is a more recent term where Deckers is cashing in like crazy by registering a word that has been in common use for over half a century. Also: This video helped because you buy the Ugg® Care Kit, and it doesn't have any decent instructions in the box!
@crunchycoconutt That is odd. I would think one of two things. Either the paper towel was too damp and it was absorbing some of the dirt and grime off of the boot instead of just dampening or there was something in the paper towel or water that turned it yellow. How did you boots turn out?
the stain remover brush do you use it at the same time u washing ur boots or on another seperate time , meaning if the boot is wet can i clean the stain?
Can I spray my my sheepskin protector and once dried use the clean & conditioner (I have had Uggs for a year and have sprayed them before but haven't worn them since last winter)
i cleaned my wifes uggs this way and they have turned very dark brown in a few areas. what did i do wrong? they look ruined now and i feel like i just wasted $200 trying to clean a product they way they told me to. is there any way at all to get the dark spots to go away? the boots only had some light dirt stains and road salt on them and after i cleaned them they look 1000 times worse but without the dirt now. is there any hope or are the ruined?
@strongbad73 Did you use UGG cleaner and conditioner or something else to clean the boots? Also, what UGG boots are they, are they UGG sheepskin boots?
@iwanttobeonoltl - Hard to say without seeing the bottle. Cleaning/care products from UGG include: UGG Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner, UGG Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellent and UGG Sheepskin Freshener.
@princetonsBabee1125 - To keep the 'fur' on the inside of the boot nice and soft it is recommended to use UGG Sheepskin Freshner. This is a part of the of the UGG Sheepskin Care Kit
@justicegirl123 I washed my uggs with the shampoo and I have to say it looks a little worn, but then I also made the mistake of applying the conditioner straight onto a part of my uggs...
Sorry but, when she said "Brush the boots in ONE DIRECTION" I had a heart attack. XD Sorry just had to share :p Getting these soon! :D Hope they are good -.-
After I brush my boots, there's stuff that comes off. Am I doing it wrong? D: Also, is it bad to use these on boots that are already used (and a bit dusty/dirty)?
So I sprayed the water resistant spray before I wore my UGGs but I'm afraid I sprayed too much :( some places on my boots are more damp than the others
@strongbad73 Hard to say exactly what happened from this brief description. Firstly, did you use the UGG cleaner and condition and are these genuine UGG boots?
*PLEASE HELP* I used the cleaner and used all your directions. Now (24 hours later) they came out the wrong color and the softness is gone and feels like cardboard. I don't know what to do and i really need them fixed.
Video was exactly what it was supposed to be: instructional (not entertaining!). I thought it was well laid out and informative. People commenting on it being boring, or trying to subliminally get you to overshop are reaching! You had to expect shameless plugs when you saw the vid was sponsored by whatshebuys!
Very nice shoes reseller girl , Very good English speaking skill ! thx for tips to protect some luxury wool shoes inside my luggage ! all luxury stuffs need to maintain everyday ! I am the cleanest smartest and richest Chinese above majority of whites when I am aboard !
If Your boots are ruined due to the “care kit” then you did something wrong. If there is more conditioner than water in your conditioner/water mix, then that’s a bad idea.. If you completely saturate the boots with the protectant spray, then that’s not a good idea either. Your supposed to lightly mist them 6inches away LITERALLY.. Also if you were rough while brushing and scrubbing that’ll ruin them too. You need to be very gentle while cleaning and make sure you do everything exactly how the instructions say. These products pose the potential to harm the boots if done incorrectly.
Get past the BS chatter and skip to 2:25
Bless you
saintⓋearth thank you so much she was annoying me 😂
saintⓋearth Thank you 👏🏻
Thanks
saintⓋearth thank u
who cares if she's reading a script it's an informative RUclips video, not some high rated movie that's been given years of work

Omgsh this helped me sooooo much! I have 6 pairs of Uggs and have the cleaning kit but was too scared to use it!! Thanks for the video!

she said "and rinse with clean water"
does she mean put it directly under running water??
Magic! I had mud spots on mu uggs, and they disapeared! The kit is worth it. Note: don't rub the boots while they are wet! Dye will come off.
HELP
tabitha alt it’s probably to late, but I’d just follow what she says, it worked for her?
my friend i dont blame you for trying to look good but the important thing here is how you clean your boots. millions of sheep are being cruely killed and u worry how to clean them.... please dont buy them anymore dont support this.

@imyoursbhaby I personally would suggest to spray the water repellant on your uggs, and only clean them if necessary?
Some of you self righteous jerks need to appreciate time she took out of her own day to provide information about proper care of your boots, instead of rudely dragging her through the dirt about the way she conducted the video. “Calm down”✋

I know same idont know what to do
I clean my daughters boots with the kit, and what you have to do after they are dry rubbed them gently with rubber on the brush and then brush tthem again.
+Marinero69 thank you
How long would you say uggs last because I just got a pair of short bailey button uggs and was wondering how long they could last
How can i make the inside of my Ascott uggs more comfortable, it feels like its really thick.. I want to make it more softer and more comfortable. Any way i can make it any more soft?
I used this step and it looked like dye came off? Is that normal!??
That happened to me too. Do you remember what happened after they dried?
This is why I'm surfing the comments because I'm gonna cry. What ended up happening? Please follow up
a must have for uggs; really expands the life. Mine look new at 10 YEARS old.

Re: FAKES! The term "uggs" has been around for decades! Anyone from Australia or England can verify this. Now, "Ugg®" is a more recent term where Deckers is cashing in like crazy by registering a word that has been in common use for over half a century.

I just got me some Uggs and I didnt know how to care for them.

Is it driving anyone else nuts shes looking off who knows where... lol like shes not looking AT the camera like she would be looking at us..
she could be blind.
the stain remover brush do you use it at the same time u washing ur boots or on another seperate time , meaning if the boot is wet can i clean the stain?
Can I spray my my sheepskin protector and once dried use the clean & conditioner (I have had Uggs for a year and have sprayed them before but haven't worn them since last winter)

is sheepskin protector the same as water and stain repellent???
will the ugg cleaner get rid of oil stains? If not what else could I do?
@bebexc143 no, i think she means use a damp towel and rinse with water.
what if you dont have a brush for your UGG's can you use something else?
@crunchycoconutt You are just suppose to use the paper towel to dampen the boot. How did your towel turn yellow? Was it clean water?
would the shampoo and water make the boots look worn and not new i thought water ruined thm?! i confused message me or reply back?!
Dose This really work!! Iam scared to use it

@strongbad73 Did you use UGG cleaner and conditioner or something else to clean the boots? Also, what UGG boots are they, are they UGG sheepskin boots?
@WhatSheBuys the look just like the ones in the video but they are brown not gray.
@iwanttobeonoltl - Hard to say without seeing the bottle. Cleaning/care products from UGG include: UGG Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner, UGG Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellent and UGG Sheepskin Freshener.
Ok so how do you clean the sheep skin on the inside?
I did this, and one of my boots dried right and the other still looks damp. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?
@princetonsBabee1125 - To keep the 'fur' on the inside of the boot nice and soft it is recommended to use UGG Sheepskin Freshner. This is a part of the of the UGG Sheepskin Care Kit
Um.. Is it normal for some of the suede to come off when you brush?
I sprayed my uggs with the sheepskin water repellent but instead of spray big drops came out on my uggs. Will this damage my boots?
What's the difference between the sheepskin water and stain repellent spray and the sheepskin protector spray?
Can you use the cardboard things that came with the boot to stuff them?
@justicegirl123 I washed my uggs with the shampoo and I have to say it looks a little worn, but then I also made the mistake of applying the conditioner straight onto a part of my uggs...
Can I use the brush right after i waterproof my uggs??

@punjabilovejuu UGG cleaner is what is recommended for cleaning UGG boots.
After I brush my boots, there's stuff that comes off. Am I doing it wrong? D:
Also, is it bad to use these on boots that are already used (and a bit dusty/dirty)?
does it matter what the temperature of the water is
So I sprayed the water resistant spray before I wore my UGGs but I'm afraid I sprayed too much :( some places on my boots are more damp than the others
I’m
Thank you SO much for doing this video. I have almost the same boot that is in the video, and I didn't know how to clean it and now I know.
will this remove pen?
what if you dont have the uggs cleaner?
How do you prefent it from wrinkling
@WhatSheBuys where can you buy it in canada?
First thing to do is spray silicone water-proofing on them before you ever wear them. I've had mine for two years and still look like new.
@strongbad73 Hard to say exactly what happened from this brief description. Firstly, did you use the UGG cleaner and condition and are these genuine UGG boots?
What about cleaning the inside????
@MunekaMendez - Use the brush and stone found in the UGG Sheepskin Care Kit to restore the boots original luster.
You should try the brush inside the UGG Sheepskin Care Kit. Hopefully you will be able to brush out the stain.
Thanks...my girl been asking me to clean her uggs..now I know how
astroe100 yall fuck?
astroe100 yup just like I do you braud

@josephineehuynh Spray enough to wet. Should last a few cleanings how long it last depends on how often you clean the boots.

I used the cleaner and used all your directions. Now (24 hours later) they came out the wrong color and the softness is gone and feels like cardboard. I don't know what to do and i really need them fixed.
