      You definitely should! I will have a few more neighborhood tours coming in the next few weeks: Condesa/Roma, Centro (both filmed), and Juarez (need to film). Good luck and I hope you can relocate!

    Next time you are in Polanco you must go to Polanquito, an area with a lot of restaurants and shops. It's off of Mazaryk. A pretty cool scene. At night there are some nice clubs there too.

    el pedregl, santa fe and lomas de chapultepec are more like the luxury neighborhoods in mexico.

    Mollete is basically bolillo, bean spread and cheese my mom would make it for breakfast over the weekend it’s super simple and easy to make

    Love this video :) Yes ENO is owned by Olvera, the one at jumex museum (next to soumaya) is amazing. And on a personal note, it was super, and I mean super funny to see my ex boss on your video at 5:46. Saludos Rodrigo! Lol.

      Thank you! I had no idea there was an ENO by Jumex! What a small world! Believe it or not during my second or third video I was filming at El Pialadero and this guy saw I was filming and waved to the camera. ~1 year later he was sitting by me at a restaurant near Parque Mexico. I showed him the video, and he didn't understand and I just weirded him out 😅

    Best spots in polanco are museo soumaya ,parque lincoln and masaryk cause you can see the boutiques and cars 👌if you ate lucky you can see cars like pagani huayra bc ,buggati chiron ,koeningsegg ccxr and agera ,laborghini centenrario ,ferrari f40,maserati mc12 ,etc👌 one of the best spots to see exotic cars in latin america !

    Just found your channel the other day and really enjoying your videos. pt.4:46, Pro tip, drink the tap water? Really? Last time I was in Mexico City, that was a big no-no. Have their water issues improved and now it's ok?

      Hi Cheryl, thank you for watching and for the kind comment! Sorry, my comment was misleading. Tap water is not safe to drink in _most_ of Mexico. However, almost all restaurants have garrafones (20L jugs of purified water). If you ask for a glass of water, this is likely what they will give to you (for free). Some places, however, will still bring you a bottle of water that isn't free.

    There more then one luxury neighborhood in Mexico City, it's that's Polanco is the most commercialized

      Totally agree. I think of the typical neighborhoods tourists visit, this is the one I’d label “luxury”. Do you like Santa Fe, Lomas etc?

      Very fair point! I didn't know this before, but many many restaurants have 5 gallon water containers that they use for glasses of water. Many Americans prefer to get a bottle of water, but often you can get a free glass of purified water.

    Did you miss any of my favorite Polanco spots? Well, no. I have to say that I find Polanco a bit sterile in parts. Not where I would chose to live in CDMX.

      That’s fair. Sterile is probably the right word. I always love to visit polanco once or twice when I go to Mexico City but I’m not sure I’d stay there either

    There are other 'luxury' neighborhoods. Most of them aren't as commercial as Polanco and public transport does not reach them.

    Polanco is not expensive, here in the usa everything is expensive and we live fine there is no difference between polanco and usa
