Wow, what a difference to the ceiling, looks so different. I do wonder whether patching the terrace may be false economy if youre not sure of the condition of all of it.
The decking at the front. Could it be false economy patching up the front edge and putting a ramp in, only to find damp had got in further back where the leak had been. Then you end up having to lift it all anyway . Can you lift a section of decking near the doors and check out condition underneath before you get too far. Might save you some spondoolies in the long run.
The bar will start to look more grander I'm sure and will be unrecognisable 😮 I remember the bar next door it was called The Black and White Bar I could still see the black and white tiles 😮
